10/10 face moisturizer!! Buy it!!
This is the 3rd time I have bought this moisturizer. I shifted from medical grade skincare to Korean skincare, and after a lot of trial and error trying to find the perfect moisturizer, I landed on the Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream. Landing on this one came with a lot of TikTok scrolling! I have acne prone skin, so finding a moisturizer has always been a little challenging. This cream checks all the boxes. It is deeply moisturizing and the consistency of the product doesn't feel heavy or greasy on the skin. It absorbs really well and has genuinely helped calm my breakouts and redness instead of clogging my pores. It also gives you a nice glow without looking too shiny. The only downside for me is the packaging. It comes in a metal tube, which looks nice but makes it difficult to squeeze out every last drop of product when you get toward the end. But the formula is too good that I keep buying it. I also think the price point for the product is higher than other Korean moisturizer brands but it is definitely cheaper than medical grade and works well or if not better, so I will definitely keep buying it.

Great for acne prone skin
I’ve really been enjoying this moisturizer! I have acne prone skin, so trying new products always makes me nervous, but this one hasn’t caused any breakouts or irritation at all. My only complaint is that because it’s so thin and sinks in so quickly, I find myself using quite a bit of product to cover my face and neck. It’s working…but not by itself.
I was using this for a bit when I bought it and wasn’t seeing great results. However, I modified things a bit and not only had my redness gone down, my skin feels so smooth and healthy. I’m 44 years old and this is what I find works for me: 1) Oil cleansing with those disposable face cleaning cloths to remove makeup. 2) Follow with a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil. 3) Witch hazel afterwards on an exfoliating cotton pad. This gets the makeup off and dead cells. 4) Apply the 345 cream 5) Follow with a beef tallow cream before bed. I find that all these steps remove buildup, tone, moisturize and lock in my skin and it feels so much healthier. I use cream based makeup so if my skin isn’t smooth then it can look patchy. Also don’t forget to WASH your makeup brushes. All in all, I’m ordering more of the 345 cream because it’s a light moisturizer that’s not too hard on my skin and a great addition to my routine!

Good cream
This is my favorite face cream. It has a lightweight texture that isn’t sticky or greasy, absorbs beautifully, and leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft and smooth. Consistent use will show you results
I swapped to this cream after using a tub of the medicube jelly moisturizer when i felt i needed something a bit different. After doing my double cleanse, i either swap from using my active skin repair gel or the medicube acne toner pads (these i use once or twice a week max) I'll layer this moisturizer on top of it and I can definitely feel the difference. It's hard not to want to touch my skin because of how soft it feels, but it definitely encourages me to be more consistent with my products. It's fragrance-free which is a plus for my sensitive nose. A little goes a long way so depending on how much you use will vary per person. If I use it in the morning I'll use a small dollop a little bigger than a pea, but if i use it at night, i'll use a bit more to give myself that extra healing i need. Overall, it's a wonderful product for my skin, depending on how my skin reacts to it, I'll most likely buy it again.

I’ve repurchased this cream a few times now (I think I’m on my 6th or 7th tube at this point), so that should tell you how much I rely on it. Everyone markets it as an acne treatment, and while it does help, I’ve personally found it works even better on post-acne marks — my skin looks noticeably more even after consistent use. The texture, the smell, the way it lays on the skin, honestly everything about the formula itself is great. My only real complaint is the tube. It’s genuinely uncomfortable to use — I always feel like there’s a good amount of product left stuck inside that I just can’t get out no matter how much I squeeze. I’ve even tried cutting it open to get to the rest, which says a lot about how much I don’t want to waste it. If they fixed the packaging, this would be a solid 5 stars easily.

It absorbed well and I'm pretty sure had a positive effect on my skin barrier right from the get go (2 uses so far)! I'm male and have observed redness and other symptoms of a compromised skin barrier from topical tretinoin use. Quite promising. Pros: I really like the packaging (both tube and the box it comes in), superb ingredient list, made in korea (from my understanding this is a major plus) and again, I have observed benefits from just 2 uses so far with no noticeable irritation. Why the 4 stars: Admittedly I did not give it time before I applied my sunscreen today, but it pilled/flaked and overall applied on quite poorly. I'll do a better job tomorrow and hopefully it works out. The other reason is that I just haven't tried it on consistently long enough to report on long term effects. I will keep it in mind to update this review to better reflect longer term use because I do like this product. Feels like a win so far.

Moisturizer honest opinion
The moisturizer isn’t thick . It’s white and doesn’t have a scent to it. It hydrates my skin and leaves it really glowy. I love that it isn’t greasy.
