I get dry eczema on my face (worst on upper lid platform and lash line), but I get wet (weeping) eczema on the front of my neck and on my arms. Both get pretty inflamed and irritated to where water hurts like a (insert word of choice here). For those who have experienced dry and wet eczema, you know how each is high maintenance in its own way...Which is why it's amazing that this cream works for both! Totally worth it! Tube size (i.e., no cap and tube neck/head): - Length: ~4.25" - Width: ~0.75" (top) to ~1.15" (bottom) Pros: - almost instantly soothing and hydrating - helps reduce puffiness (from dry eczema - for me) - helps reduce redness/inflammation - safe for eye area (from my experience at least) - does not sting skin at all - no scent - dries with a finish closer to soft touch (which is why it worked for my wet eczema too) - easy and quick to apply (spreads evenly with little effort and without pre-treatment) - absorbs quickly - great for people who hate that "oily" cream feeling but need more hydration than a lotion can provide Cons: - hydrates for up to 3 hours (but my eczema is abnormally severe) - small tube (but hey! comfort is priceless right? Also the small size makes it a good travel buddy) Two notes: - I don't think this is a true or traditional "cream": just that its thickness makes it closer to a cream than a lotion. Think of it more like the love child between a traditional oil-based cream and a water-based lotion. - The tube is made of a thinner metallic material, making it easy to squeeze this sucker out and get your money's worth. It's also very light this way. I roll this tube (like toothpaste), and it ended up breaking (cracking?) a bit towards the end. That said, this wasn't a bad thing because I was able to get even more out this way!

Started Using This for Firmness, and I’m Really Glad I Did
As I’ve gotten older, I’ve definitely noticed my skin losing some of its firmness, so I decided to give this a try after a friend recommended it. I had heard really good things about the PDRN ingredient, so that was a big reason I picked this up, and honestly, it feels like my skin responds well to it. The texture is smooth and spreads easily, and it gives my skin that subtle, healthy bounce right after applying. Over time, my skin just feels a bit more resilient and less tired-looking. If you’re starting to notice a loss of elasticity and want something that feels gentle but effective, this one is worth checking out.

Tube is too small for the price
Really good PDRN cream, better and more hydrating than others I’ve used but doesn’t leave skin oily. I’ve noticed a positive difference in my skin since using it. I have oily skin and break out on my chin but Dr Althea’s has helped resolve this issue. The downside is its super small tube for $30 which is why I gave only 4 stars.

One of the Better Barrier Creams I’ve Tried
At 52, post-menopausal, with dry skin that can also become sensitive, I’ve learned that not every skincare win has to come from aggressive actives. Sometimes the smartest products are the ones that calm the skin, strengthen the barrier, and help everything function better. This cream is an excellent example of that. I’ve had very positive experiences with Korean skincare for years, and this is exactly the kind of formula that reminds me why. It feels thoughtful, modern, and focused on real skin needs rather than empty hype. The first thing I noticed was how comfortable the texture is. It has a creamy, nourishing feel, but it is not heavy, greasy, or suffocating on the skin. It spreads easily, absorbs well, and leaves the skin feeling soothed and supported rather than coated. What I appreciate most is how calming it feels. On days when my skin is irritated, overworked, dry, or simply not happy, this helps bring it back to a better place. Redness looks quieter, dryness feels relieved, and the skin seems more balanced overall. Also very important, it is fragrance- free which is what you ultimately want in a barrier cream. I also like the ingredient direction here. PDRN has become a very popular ingredient in Korean skincare because of its association with skin recovery support and helping the skin appear healthier and more resilient. It is important to be realistic—topical PDRN is not the same as an in-office procedure—but in a well-made formula it can be a great supportive ingredient. The addition of panthenol is excellent for moisture and barrier comfort, and centella asiatica is well known for soothing stressed skin. That combination makes this feel especially useful for sensitive or reactive skin types. For me, this works beautifully as a recovery cream after stronger treatments or anytime my skin feels compromised. It layers well over serums and under sunscreen, and it also works nicely as a nighttime comfort step. Another thing I appreciate is that it gives moisture without heaviness. Many barrier creams can feel thick and pasty. This one feels more elegant and easier to wear regularly. Who I think this is great for: dry skin, sensitive skin, irritated skin, people using retinoids or exfoliants, mature skin needing barrier support, and anyone wanting a calming cream. Who may want to skip it: very oily skin types wanting a gel texture, or anyone expecting dramatic anti-aging transformation from one cream alone. Value-wise, I think this is strong. You’re getting a smart Korean formula focused on skin health, and those are often the products that quietly make the biggest difference over time. This is the kind of product I’m happy to keep around because it serves a real purpose in a routine.

Highly Recommend!
I've been looking for a cream that can calm my sensitive skin while also improving texture and elasticity, and I'm so glad I found this one. The texture is absolutely perfect. It's smooth and slightly rich, but not heavy at all. It melts into the skin beautifully and creates a nice protective layer without feeling greasy. After using it consistently for a few days, I started noticing a real difference in my skin texture. My skin looked more smoother, and had a healthy, natural glow. It also does a great job at keeping my skin hydrated overnight so I wake up with soft, plump skin in the morning. I would definitely repurchase!

Calms the skin and not thick or greasy feeling
I bought this because it was recommended to use for after microneedling or RF Potenza. The cream is light and calms down my skin. I gave it 4/5 stars because the tube is small.

My skin looks healthier in just a few days
I wasn’t expecting much, but this cream surprised me. It contains PDRN, panthenol, and centella, which are great for repairing and soothing the skin. My skin was feeling stressed and dull, but after using this, it looks noticeably more plump and healthy. The texture is rich but not heavy, and it absorbs really nicely. I originally loved the 345 cream, so I tried this—and now I use both depending on my skin condition. Highly recommend if your skin needs recovery or barrier care.

Miracle in a tube
I absolutely love this cream. It leaves my face extremely moisturized without feeling greasy. I wish they sold it in bigger packaging. I have very sensitive skin and i break out easily when I use new products but this cream has been perfect for me. I already repurchased it. It has been a life-saver when i was starting tretinoin and needed extra moisture and protection.

This is amazing! Bought more right away! It’s perfect for when I scrubbed my face too much removing sunscreen and make up. Doesn’t sting and the next day my skin feels and looks calmer. No irritation. My skin type is very sensitive.

Glass skin in a tube
It’s a light gel cream texture so it feels moisturizing without being heavy. One of the only products that truly leave you with glass like skin after application. It’s a small tube for $20 so kind of expensive for me but still worth it.

I love PDRN!
I’ve been using this a lot lately because my skin has been really dry. If I apply a generous amount before bed, my skin feels super hydrated the next day. Since the weather’s getting warmer, I like to use it chilled—it feels refreshing and makes my pores feel tighter!

Beginner friendly PDRN product
PDRN is being used in Korean skincare products recently, so I wanted to try some product that contains PDRN from Dr.Althea. I applied small amount of product on my entire face to check it out, and it did not irritate my skin. It also absorbs well on to my skin. I like that it also contains panthenol and centella asiatica leaf water. I'll keep using it for my daily skincare routine.

This made my skin glow
I’ve been really into PDRN lately, and this has quickly become one of my favorite products. It also has panthenol, so whenever my skin feels dry or sensitive, I use this and it instantly feels calmer and super hydrated. The best part is it’s not sticky at all, so it’s really comfortable to apply. I also love using this after exfoliating — my skin looks so glowy the next day. Definitely give this a try. It’s SO good!!!

Just an ok cream, no fancy results
Just an ok cream, nothing fancy. Dont expect fantastic results, just a normal moisturiser, I would even say - mildly moisurising. If you have dry skin, this will not be enough. Tiny amount doesnt worth the price.

Amazing but Dislike the Packaging
Love the smell, texture, and how to makes my skin feel and look. Like this more than the RejuAll PDRN cream. Moisturizing but I use under a barrier cream. My only con is the package. As the metal creases as you use the product the white outer casing flakes off inevitably leaving little white flakes on my face.

Too small
So, Dr Althea creams are well known for their good quality. I have not used this particular as of yet (just received it), but successfully used its older and bigger cousin. That said and while on the subject of size - it is disappointingly small and disproportionately so to its "cousins" in size and cost. Hence, I deducted 1 star.

Too expensive
There’s nothing wrong with the product but for the amount you get I just can’t justify the price in my skin care regimen. I did use the entire bottle, but I used it sparingly and not necessarily daily. Definitely used it at least a few times each week. I don’t know if it’s the type of thing that needs to be used long-term to get results, but I have enough effective products in my routine that I wouldn’t buy this again.
