Best Conditioner I have ever used
My hair stylist turned me on to 11 Australia products and I have never stopped using them. They use natural ingredients, they work beautifully and they smell amazing! My hair is color treated and I also have some gray. In particular, Hydrate My Hair makes my hair so soft. You can feel it when you start rinsing it out. I love their other products as well. They protect my color and make any course gray soft and manageable. If you are a blonde like me, they also have a fantastic Purple shampoo that can be used every time you wash your hair. I mix some of the Hydrate my hair shampoo with it and I do not have to deal with any drying effects. I follow up with the Hydrate my hair conditioner. I am constantly getting comments on my hair and 11 Australia products keeps my color fresh. Also, Hydrate my hair conditioner does not weigh down your hair! It is worth every penny.

Great Product
I have very thick hair and a lot of it. Plus I am blonde which tends to dry out especially when exposed to the sun. The Eleven products work so well I do not need to spray or put in a leave in conditioner to get my comb through my hair. Love the shampoo and conditioner.

The conditioner was great but not the container.
It was very difficult getting the conditioner out of the container because of its thickness. I liked how my hair felt after using it, but was able to use only very little as most stayed in the plastic container -- I ended up having to add water so it would come out. Price is good only if it came in a better container.

Contaminated product
Don't know why my original review from weeks ago was never published... But there was a dead roach and feces under the cap. The bottle was not sealed (always has been sealed when ordered directly from the eleven website).

What kind of MAGIC is in this?
The shampoo was alright, didn’t care for it much. But the conditioner OMG…as soon as I applied this conditioner to my ends I could immediately feel the tangled strands of my wet hair separating and turning into silk. This was extremely hydrating and my hair felt so smooth and shiny after styling. I will definitely be splurging on the larger size!

Disappointed – Likely Used or Not the Same Product
This conditioner arrived without the quality seal, and the packaging looked like it may have been opened or returned. I decided to keep it anyway, hoping it would still be fine. I finally used it after finishing my last bottle, and it was clearly not the same. The scent was off, the texture didn’t feel right, and it came out of the bottle differently than usual. I’ve used this conditioner many times before, so I can tell something isn’t right. Unfortunately, I realized this after the return window closed. I won’t be buying this again—too risky when it seems like quality control isn’t consistent.

The product was okay, but the packaging was incredibly hard to use in the shower. Plastic was very stiff for me, and had to transfer to another bottle so I didn’t waste the conditioner. May give it another shot if that issue is addressed.

Not very mousturizing
This shampoo and conditioner did very little to moisturize my hair. In fact, it left it a big knotted mess out of the shower. The smell is meh. I wouldn’t call it watermelon scent. It isn’t bad, just not really there.

Doesn’t work and terrible ingredients
I swear by the Yuka app! It has terrible ingredients for your body that have major side effects. Got a 4/100. Briogeo is a better product and inner sense is great too. GET THE YUKA APP on your phone! So helpful finding good products!

Didn't purchase if you want a full bottle.
While i LOVE this product, it was packaged & shipped with the pump not closed so it squirted all over the box. Disappointed that I'm not going to get the full amount of product as this is a fairly expensive conditioner. I will definitely not purchase again as I don't like to waste money.

Not so great Ingredients
I received the shampoo and scanned with my Yuka app. It literally get 0/100. It has a chemical BHT that is harmful to people and environment. Do better Amazon and sell products that are safe. Sending both Shampoo and Conditioner right back. So sad..
