I love this stuff! I use it 1-2 times per week, AFTER my regular conditioner. I let it set for about 2 minutes, then rinse. After about 2 weeks of use, my coworkers were complimenting on how much softer my hair looked. As other reviews said, it does have a slight "after-shave, musky" smell to it.
