My order was fulfilled by Beautogen; Buyer Beware
I love I.C.O.N products and have used their shampoos, conditioners, and brilliant spray for years. I recently decided to order online instead of buying through my hairdresser to save some money. Unfortunately, this experience has nearly soured me on that idea. The shampoo I received is nothing near the quality of the other I.C.O.N products I have used. The consistency is like water -- which makes it difficult to use properly without much of it ending up on the shower floor. It smells "off" sometimes, too. I had bought this product as a backup so I didn't start using it until a couple of months after I purchased it, moving it outside the return window. When I contacted the seller regarding the quality of the product,wondering if something was only wrong with the one they sent me, they simply assured me that their products are genuine quality and that I can order from them confidently. However they did not offer a refund or exchange for my bad product. I certainly wouldn't order from them again.
