3.5 stars: pros and cons.
Final notes if you don't want to do the full read: Dewy finish, doesn't dry down, too thin, not transfer proof. Says organic, but this is 39% organic, 100% 'natural' I was interested to try this, I like that its natural and a mix of skincare and foundation. I got the lightest shade 'daring'. I'm usually light-medium neutral skin tone, leaning warm. When I opened the box, i noticed there is a ball inside the bottle and it does need to be shaken to mix it all together. When I went to put some on the back of my hand, without squeezing, it came out really fast. The shade seemed darker than expected. I had to do my makeup later that evening so this was getting the full application. After prepping my skin, I was prepared for the liquidy quality but...seriously, it's way too thin and comes out too fast. I had to wipe off the top of it before putting the top back on, so that's a waste of product. With my summer tan (though I wear sunscreen daily), the shade worked well for me. In the winter it'll be too dark. It applies really nicely, it's more like a BB cream type product to me, light coverage. Buildable but that would have felt too heavy personally with all the oils in this. It doesn't really dry down much and I don't do setting powder so that isn't great. I'd call this a dewy finish, not matte. I don't wear a ton of makeup, especially during the summer, usually just some cream or liquid blush and mascara with a light foundation. When I applied rare beauty liquid blush with a brush on top of this, it definitely moved the pigment around so it doesn't really stay where you put it. I don't agree with the "transfer proof" statement at all. I like the light finish of this but it doesn't have lasting power for me and I don't like how liquidy it is. I can see throwing this on before a day on the water just to even out my skin tone, but it's not for a night out in my opinion. Is this for a 40-something? I don't know. Are you in your 20's , wrinkle free and into the barely there makeup of glossier but want to go more natural ingredients, grab this. I wouldn't get it again but I'll use it occasionally. Mixed Feelings
I was honestly conflicted on if I thought this foundation was worth the price. It is very liquidy and doesn't have the most huge effect. However it is very light on the face, it blends very well to my skin tone and levels the different colors on my face. I do enjoy the product very much.

INIKA Organic Serum Foundation: Really nice
I love this foundation. It is quite watery but I find I don't need to use a lot so hopefully the small bottle will still last me a while. (I do shake the bottle before each use and recommend doing so.) I found the INIKA website helpful for choosing the best color for me, but loved the convenience of ordering it from Amazon. The color I selected is a great match for my summer skin. My favorite thing about this foundation is it doesn't feel like I'm wearing makeup. I have significant redness on my face and I find that with some green color corrector and this, I can hide the redness extremely well. I find that the coverage is buildable-- they describe it as medium to full coverage and I find that to be accurate. I love that the foundation doesn't contain fragrance and that nothing in it is irritating to my extremely sensitive skin. The price is definitely a splurge for me so I'm not sure if it will be in my regular rotation but I would love to use this as my everyday makeup.

Natural ingredients
Covers and blends really well. My skin tone is light to medium. I went with Daring and it has a sun kissed look about it when I apply it. This is only day two of me using it and so far I am happy with it.

High Quality Organic Foundation
The INIKA organic serum foundation is pretty impressive! It offers medium to full coverage and feels really light on the skin. Good For Some, Not For Me
I am a 55 yo woman. This makeup sunk into and highlighted every single pore and imperfection in my face! Might work well for some, but it wasn't for my skin at all and somewhat expensive to boot.

Perfect color but separates
This formula needs a lot of shaking. I've tried it with different kinds of moisturizers and it seperates no matter what. It also never settles in and transfers onto everything. This is such a shame as it's a perfect match to me.
