Good product, bad bottle design
This is a good product. I use several of the Keratherapy line. The reason for the 3-star review is you can't dispense the product with the cap on. It's too thick to get through the small hole. I'm hoping the manufacture will see this review and change the dispensing cap (they used to have a different bottle and it was just as bad.) I have to take the cap off to use it. You have to have the bottle and cap in each hand or set the cap down first and risk the bottle tipping over while you (still) have to squeeze the bottle to get the stuff out. Not the best arrangement for a slippery shower situation.

Great product, bad packaging
This product is extremely good, leaves hair shining and bouncing. However, it takes FOREVER to get the conditioner out of a tiny opening. I really had to remove the whole lid to get the product out.

Perfect for colored hair

Leaky products!

Ordered conditioner. Received Shampoo.
Ordered conditioner - got shampoo that had leaked all over. I only noticed the leak at first and was like “no big deal” and then I waited until the next day to get my other product. Not until I got into the shower tonight did I realize I now have two shampoos and no conditioner! Ugh.

About packaging
The product is always great. Maybe the packaging wasn’t good. The cap came off the conditioner and the lining of the envelope and the enclosed shower cap box was covered with conditioner.

The only conditioner that's ever worked for my hair
My hair is a very strange texture. It's thin and it's half straight and the back is wavy and it's like a birds nest. It's horrible. I've been through dozens upon dozens of conditioners in my life and none have worked for me except this one. It actually detangles my hair with zero effort afterwards without me having to use any sort of leave in conditioners. I can actually run a brush through my hair with no effort and I've never been able to before. If they ever discontinue this I'll be so upset. I've used the shampoo that goes with this conditioner and it's alright, I wouldn't buy it again, I don't see a huge difference using them together and the shampoo doesn't lather like I like it to, but the conditioner is 10/10.

It's just OK
My hairdresser recommended I use this since I get Keratin treatment in my hair. It feels OK on my hair but does not make it feel extra soft, nothing special. One thing I am most disappointed about is it does not really have a scent and I like my shampoo and conditioner to smell good so I feel and smell fresh and clean. Probably won't buy again, it's pretty expensive compared to other products that make my hair feel silky and smell nice.
