I suspect this product is an imitation of the real thing. Bottle arrived leaking. The print didn’t quite match the bottle I purchased from my salon. AND the consistency and color of the shampoo was off from the one I purchased from my salon. Purchase this from an authorized retailer (like your salon) or from the company website directly!!
I spent almost $500 at the salon for a straight perm, and they advised me to use shampoo and conditioner that is sodium chloride free. I thought this would be a good product to use based on it's reviews and the fact it says "sodium chloride free", but it undid EVERYTHING my stylist spent 3 hours creating. Will absolutely never buy again.
This is not the real product. It smelt funny but I continued to wash. As I rinsed, it left a waxy feel. My hair began to stick together and after smelling the bottle, I can say with certainty there was glue in there. It took multiple washes just to get it all untangled. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my fave shampoo…and although I balked (actually gasped) at the price tag…you only need a dabby doo to actually make it work. Just remember it’s not too sudsy!! And that’s ok.

Love the product but this is the second one I received in a week where the seal is broken on the product. The seller did make good on the first one replacing the product since it leaked out all in the box and on the product. I feel badly to return again since I don't think it's his fault. The seller was very accommodating and did send me this replacement very quickly.
