Great Shampoo - Order Elsewhere
I LOVE Keratherapy products! They have changed my hair. However, I tried ordering the shampoo from Amazon instead of purchasing it form the salon for once. The consistency and smell were not the same. I think the product still worked ok, but the consistence was very, VERY gummy and not smooth/creamy like when I have purchased the same one from the salon. The smell was also different. Amazon was wonderful and gave me a full refund, and I planned to re-order. However, after talking to other friends who ordered it from Amazon also, the consistency of their products was not the same either. I TOTALLY recommend Keratherapy products, but I would purchase them from a salon or the Keratherapy website!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!
This isnt the real product. I just bought the shampoo from the website and LET ME TELL YOU. 1. It smells different. The one from Amazon smells chemical-y. 2. It lathers WAY different. The one from Amazon is thick and slimy. It feels like silicone? The one from the website is thinner and feels like my hair was cleaned better. 3. When I was drying my hair after using the one from the Keratherapy website my hair felt SOOO MUCH BETTER. It dried with no knots and feels sooo much softer. Seriously, I know it’s easier to buy from Amazon but the product is way worse than the original.

Bad batches
The last 2 shipments I received shampoo that was thinned out and had a weird chemical smell to them. Either they are very old batches that have been sitting on a shelf for a while or they have been tampered with.

Great for color treated gray hair.
Color treated gray hair is sometimes a problem especially when you wear it straight. This shampoo and condition keeps my hair shinier and smoother than any other products I have tried. My daughter-in-law owns a salon and introduced me to these products.

Great product, bad bottle design
This is a good product. I use several of the Keratherapy line. The reason for the 3-star review is you can't dispense the product with the cap on. It's too thick to get through the small hole. I'm hoping the manufacture will see this review and change the dispensing cap (they used to have a different bottle and it was just as bad.) I have to take the cap off to use it. You have to have the bottle and cap in each hand or set the cap down first and risk the bottle tipping over while you (still) have to squeeze the bottle to get the stuff out. Not the best arrangement for a slippery shower situation.

Exceptional
Love the shampoo and conditioner. I have already used it and after one use it made my hair feel wonderful. Bonus is it smells amazing. A little disappointed with the packaging however. The bottles were tossed in a box much larger than the product with no extra wrap wrapping and the shampoo was open and almost half the bottle was spilt in the box.

Not True Keratherapy Moisture Infused Shampoo
I’ve been using Keratherapy products for 7 years and this one from Amazon is NOT like the real thing. The color of this is clear whereas the real product is a creamy white, but most importantly if your hair has a keratin treatment this will ruin it! After 2 months of using this even just once a week I will have to have a keratin treatment earlier than my usual 6 month service. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

Soft without flyaways
I was using Keune sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner for my Keritan-treated hair, and wasn’t happy with the results. I switched to Keratherapy, and after just one washing the difference made the switch well worth it. My hair looks and feels soft and smooth without flyaways. So happy I found it on Amazon.

EL producto es muy bueno, pero no es para todo tipo de cabello, por ejemplo yo tengo el cuero cabelludo graso entonces el lavado solo me queda lindo el día que lo uso, pero al día siguiente amanece muy grasoso, más que de costumbre. Creo que darle tanta hidratación y brillo, no me sienta del todo bien en mi caso particular. Por otro lado su aroma es muy agradable y te deja el cabello bastante humectado.

Bottle was a little more than 1/2 full
While I have ordered this product before because I love the smell and the way it helps prolong my keratin treatment, I won’t buy from this seller anymore. The quality of what I received was poor and it made me question the authenticity. This product arrived with the seal broken, and more than a third of the product gone from the bottle. It was not as though it had leaked in the box as there was no sign of any product leakage in the packaging. Instead, it appeared that the seal had been removed, product had been removed, the seal was laid back on top, and the top was screwed back on. At least Amazon gave me a refund, but I was back at ground zero and ended up ordering directly from the manufacturer.

Wonderful Shampoo
