Extra Stark!
Great for sore muscles. I use the "extra stark" (strong) before going to work delivering propane tanks and it really helps keep me limber.

Talk about a good jalapeño skin run! Get ready to feel the BUUUURN 🔥🥵
This product definitely works when it comes to warming the skin… maybe a little too well. 😂 It creates an intense heat sensation that can be shocking if you aren’t prepared for it. I really wish the packaging included more detailed directions and warnings about application. Highly recommend wearing gloves when applying, especially to larger areas of the body, and do NOT apply too much at one time. Start small. Either it’s taking the pain away or distracting you because your skin feels like it’s on fire for a while. 😅 That being said, it does what it claims to do, and I’d still recommend it — just use with caution!

I have scoliosis, the pain has gotten so extreme that I couldnt do simply things like getting out of bed without pain. This helped so much! Feels like a hot water bottle that keeps getting warmer and warmer. So glad this helped me!

a quality product
A product that fully meets all your expectations, as stated in the product leaflet.I apply this product to my joints before weight training; it instantly creates a warmth in the area where you apply it.There is definitely a thermogenetic effect.I will definitely order again if it runs out.

Best Pain Relief EVER!!
I am not generally one to leave reviews, however… I literally put this product on 5 minutes ago, after many failed attempts with other products for muscle pain relief due to a frozen shoulder… go buy this NOW! When I say pain relief in minutes I am not exaggerating! You will not be sorry!

PREPARE FOR VOLCANO LAVA HEAT
I suffer from neurological pain. Bengay doesn't cut it for me. THIS STUFF ACTUALLY HELPED WITH THE PAIN. Do not take this heat gel lightly, ITS VOLCANO LAVA HEAT 🌋and I'm 100% serious about this. If you put this in an area that doesn't hurt you, you'll feel the burn and itch simultaneously!!!!! This heat gel is best reserved for those who experience INTENSE PAIN. If you have arthritic hands, you will like this. Just remember...don't you dare rub your eyes with this, wear gloves. I'm freaking serious. 5☆ product. It delivers what it promises. I'll continue buying this as long as they don't change the formula.

Best muscle cream ever
Incredible product. I can't do traditional menthol-laden gels. They hurt me every time bc I have a sensitivity to something in them. With this, you get so much, and the effect is long lasting, with the perfect amount of warmth to let sore muscles begin to relax and get some good blood circulation. A+ Go for the horsie tub people 🐴

It doesn’t provide relief at all!
Unfortunately, Amazon does not let me return this product. My husband has a muscle pull in his shoulder and all this does is heat up for two seconds. It gets warm and does not alleviate the pain at all. This product does not get my recommendation.
