Great product, great wash, highly recommend
Impulse buy, I usually my melted African Black soap for my face. I saw this during the lightening deal and couldn't resist. Arrived quickly, box was sealed, tube was sealed. Great value and great product. The tube was quite big in my opinion, about the same size as the larger toothpaste tube (I think). Cleanser comes out of the tube a soft solid texture, in green color with a peppermint scent. With water it foams up very nicely and washes quite well. I have very, very picky skin. La Roch Posay Toleraine face wash broke me out, Skin Food Egg White Foam was too drying, Hada Labo Gentle Hydrating wash gave me a rash... The list goes on. But this wasn't drying after wash. I use it once so far, no break out after a 80 degree humid day in suburban Boston. I'll come back and edit if anything changes. For the price and amount of product I'd highly recommend ladies give this a try. P.S. I think the texture and smell reminds of the Queen Helene Mint Julep mask.

I’m obsessed!!
I recently switched from La roche posay to Manyo and what the difference! I have extremely dry and sensitive skin and other skin care brands would leave dry spots on my face but with manyo its the hydrating boost my skin wanted and needed! I’ve been double cleansing with the soda foam and their oil based cleanser! And then using their toner as well & I just ordered the moisturizer because I love this brand that much… my skin has never looked better!

Had to return
I have combination acne prone skin that leans towards the dryer side. This cleanser wasn’t the best for my skin. It irritated my skin!! I also developed a stye (I don’t know if it was from this product) but I immediately stopped using it because this does burn your eyes if you get some near your eye area. Luckily Amazon helped me with this issue I had! Overall, I would just recommend to stick with the maanyo cleansing oil and not their other products specifically this one. I would say this product would suit best for oily skin as this gave me that dry/stripped feeling. The only thing I loved from this product is how it foamed on the face!!

For some reason, I thought it would be a smaller tube like the peeling gel I have from this brand. I ordered both of them at the same time and this green tea cleanser was in a lot bigger tube. I love it so much. It’s very nice quality. Not too much fragrant or anything. Doesn’t dry my skin. And the most amazing thing about this product is that you only need to use a small amount I’ll probably put like one small, pearl sized amount on my wet hands and it works!!! I think this will last me a very long time.

It works!
I've been using this for about 2 years and I like it. The foam is creamy and soft and slightly smells like green tea (?). It cleans the skin well, although it leaves my skin a little dry (not too much though). My nose pores have significantly reduced, so it worked for me. I have sensitive skin and didn't have any reactions :)

wasn’t sure what i was expecting with this one, found it on sale so i went for it and it did not disappoint. i love everything about it from ingredients to packaging to actually using it. it has a nice creamy texture that leaves my skin really nice and soft. the scent threw me off a little at first but i personally enjoy it, kind of earthy and fresh since it’s a chemical exfoliant, natural ingriedients. i have sensitive, mostly dry skin and let me tell you this is really nice(doesn’t dry me out and no redness at all). yes i recommend and yes i see myself repurchasing. thanks for listening

Fantastic product even though…
I absolutely love this face wash. I’m not a fan of fragrances as my skin tends toward sensitivity. I pair it with my favorite oil cleanser and have been thrilled. For me it’s the perfect clean without feeling completely stripped. Would buy it again and again unless… I recently incorporated retinal into my skincare routine. With this addition, even the most mild exfoliants in this wash were simply too much. Conclusion: great product, but proceed with caution if using any sort of retinoid.

The rule of thumb for most foam washes is to use once to twice a week and no more. I am using this every single day with no dryness. Do I have an overly-oily skin? No, I don't. Matter affect I thought perhaps my skin is on the drying side now over 40 but it seems I have no problem using this every day. It just takes times for the skin to adapt. My skin seems to adapt to many things causing many products to not work over time. Then again, many products are by design to not work long term so you will buy more. Yes, it does sting the eyes. You do have to shut your eyes very tight and clean in the corners of your closed eyes.

I think this cleanser does a good job, but it leaves my skin feeling tacky, like there’s a film left on it. But since I double cleanse my face, after I use this i use a gentle moisturizing cleanser so that solves the issue.

Not for sensitive skin
With oily skin, fighting black heads and enlarged pores is a never battle. This cleanser does a great job of making my pores look great. Having said that, I would NEVER recommend this product to someone, especially someone with sensitive skin. This product doesn't irritate my skin while using it, but it makes my skin very sensitive afterwards. I love the brand, but I would avoid this cleanser.

Hard pieces in scrub

The only cleanser I’ll ever need
Look, I’m the type of person that has been struggling to find a face wash that works for me. I have six different ones on my counter right now. Salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, some kind of sugar “brightening scrub”, etc. they all work for me just okay as long as I stick to a legit routine. Then on a whim I saw this face wash in a store. I’ve always heard that Korean skincare products are usually bangers, this one was only $20 and it says to only use a dime size amount. So if I liked it, it would last me forever. Obviously everyone’s skin is different so YMMV but I’ve pretty much ditched my entire routine for this wash unless I have an acne spot that needs the benzoyl peroxide. Even with just the first wash my skin looked SO much smoother. After using it consistently for a few days, my skin looks like I put a beauty filter on it. I’m practically glowing. The best part is if i skip a day, my face doesn’t get angry and oily unlike it does with my prior routine. It does make my face feel a little “sticky” after no matter how well I rinse, but I follow up with my usual moisturizer and my skin feels normal again after that. It’s not some fruity frilly scent either which I appreciate. It smells decent, but honestly even if it reeked I would still use this thing. The dime size foams up A LOT, you really don’t need more than that! I promise it will wash your entire face.

Got moldy!
I liked the product, but a month of so after buying, I saw a bit of black inside the cap and took it off to find the entire inside of the cap was moldy. I wish I had thought to take a picture, but it was so disgusting it went straight to the trash. I have never had that happen with a beauty product before! Check under the caps, girls.

Soda Foam Cleanser
Very disappointing. Not gentle at all. It leaves the skin dry and irritated. Even when avoiding the eye area, the product caused watering eyes every time I used it. The description is misleading: it may work only for very oily or acne-prone skin, but it’s far too harsh for combination or sensitive skin. Not recommended.
