I love this idea. It's very convenient. 1 packet + 1 pill from the blister pack. This gave no stomach upset, as some vitamins do. No after taste. Nothing that made me even remotely remember taking them and that's great when it comes to supplements. They just made me feel energized and fortified. These are made in Germany.
This is the second time I have received the package in unacceptable condition. I expect a solution as soon as possible.
You take as a dosage the omegas, choline tablet, calcium, a multi, an iodine, and a prebiotic. Very comprehensive!
Going through the list of vitamins, minerals, and other ingredients contained in these prenatal supplements, I was really impressed with all they had to offer. I appreciate the inclusion of some omega-3 fatty acids and probiotics in this formulation. Something that really sets these apart for me is the wonderfully convenient ready-to-go packets. That makes it so easy to put in a pocket, purse, toiletry bag, or other travel item when not at home. These really appear to be quite a comprehensive approach at covering all the bases in a multivitamin, so I’m very pleased with them so far. Our family is always on the lookout for good quality supplements for our precious mothers and babies, and these really seem to be a wonderful option for us.

I have been pregnant more times than the average, and now take prenatals over regular vitamins as they boast optimal nutrients. However with these, I may have met my match. Completely well rounded, I feel like I may be taking too much now! I will say that while yes for some with low tolerance for pills, this can be a bit much on a daily basis, however when you factor a few pills and consider its providing everything your body and little one or soon to be needs, who cares, pop the pills. These did not cause me to react and I took them on an empty stomach, at mealtime and then as recommended with the brown capsules at evening. No reaction at any time so I’d say for most these will be fairly gentle. They are well packaged and directions are clear. You know what you are taking/consuming and there are precautions for certain tablets such as the iodine so refer to your Dr prior to starting. Care has gone into the Preparation..Testing..ManufacturingPackaging and I trust the credentials and qualifications. Costly but well worth it.

This feels like one of the most comprehensive prenatal pills I've ever had. In the box you'll see individual packets and one blister, which is the prebiotic. I do admit there seems to be a lot of pills to take as I'm used to just taking one big prenatal pill but luckily these are easy to take. I do feel like I am getting more than the prenatal pills that have all the supplements fit into one big pill. The individual packets make it super easy if you ever have a weekend getaway. Although I am currently not taking any vacation I still find the individual packets great because I don't have to put 4-5 bottles of supplements on my countertop as a reminder to take them daily. These are made in Germany.

While pricier than most, these vitamins are the real deal! They're filled with bioavailable nutrients that your body needs while growing a new human. Don't seem to upset my tummy like others have, and no funky after-taste. While I get that you pay for quality, my budget probably won't allow me to continue these after my one-month supply, so I'll enjoy the added nutrition while I can! I heard this brand is all the rage in Korea, and you know you can also trust the Germans when it comes to research and manufacturing standards. I was very impressed by the range of vitamins in each pouch of prenatal supplement. This is a wonderful choice for women who are pregnant or (in my case) breastfeeding. This is really the Rolls Royce of vitamin supplements so, if you can afford it, you can be assured of a good choice!
These contain a very good blend of ingredients that's conveniently portioned into daily packs that make it easy to stay on track with taking this every day. I don't see anything about this being GMP certified or 3rd party lab tested, which seems especially important for a natal supplement. But if it was made in Germany then I have a bit of inherent trust for the product. So it's probably all good quality but I recommend reading about the manufacturer yourself before deciding if this is right for you.

I ordered these for my daughter as they check all the boxes for supplementation recommended by her OB. She's been taking them as directed for a week and is tolerating them well. We both like how they are portioned and labeled with a visual key. That would have been helpful had she had any reaction and needed to narrow down which pill/capsule was causing it. While not inexpensive these are in line with others we looked at that were comparable in ingredients.
I recently tried the Orthomol Natal Vitamins and Supplements and must say that it was a positive experience. Though I am not pregnant or nursing, I was advised to take high-quality prenatal vitamins due to some deficiencies. These vitamins come in envelopes for each day and include a probiotic, which makes it very easy to carry with you and to take. The best part is that I haven't experienced any constipation despite iron being included in the supplements. The pills are all a reasonable size, and I have had no trouble swallowing them.
This seems to be a well researched supplement that should help with pregnancy related support! So far it's been easy to take without any ill side effects.

Great vitamins! They got me through pregnancy and the first year of breastfeeding. I checked my blood for deficits a few times and everything looked great. They are tolerated well and the quality of ingredients, as well as the list of necessary ingredients, look great. Orthomol is known for high quality control. I have a feeling I had more energy when I took them (I stopped a couple of times when there were problems with monthly subscription replenishment). I tried other brands targeting pregnant audiences and was less happy with them. Went straight back to orthomol and couldn’t be happier
My daughter is currently feeding her second child and has been through quite a few brands of prenatals and women’s multivitamins through the process. There are some she really likes and some she got nauseous with. With these vitamins, she feels just fine with after taking them. There are quite a few pills that come in each “serving“ they are all individually packaged so each day you take one pack. This does make for quite a bit of packaging and a bulky container, but it is handy. The seal on each package is secure. The taste of the medicine isn’t too strong and it has high-quality ingredients. This medicine is on the pricier side, but I think the product is worth it.

I am not pregnant yet, but I am trying to prepare my body for pregnancy. I like the fact that this is an established brand, and the package of pre-natal vitamins is very well presented. Each daily vitamin dose is in its own envelope, so I put it in my purse, and consume it with water mid-day after lunch. The vitamins are easy to swallow. I particularly like the fact that they contain folic acid, iron and DHA, because these ingredients have been recommended to me to increase my chances of conception.

Love this natal vitamin pack, and it’s a great value! It has a bunch of important nutrients I need as someone who has been breastfeeding for over a year and just found out I’m pregnant again. The daily dose is all there in just 2 parts which makes it easy. I do not notice an unpleasant taste when taking them. My only concern is if pregnancy nausea ramps up, having to take multiple pills per dose but so far so good!
I liked that these came individually packaged with all the pills so that you can just pop them in your purse or bag. This made taking multiple tablet much easier because they didn’t get lost and I don’t have to pack a bunch of bulky supplement bottles when traveling.
I’m 24weeks pregnant & have tried a number of prenatal vitamins, I typically take a vitamin that is all in one. I like that these come in individual packs that are properly proportioned and easy/convenient to stuff in your bag or travel with. I’ve had NO ill effects like I have with some other vitamins that make you feel queasy after taking. I would rather take an all in one however the pills are small and easy to swallow so its not so bad swallowing all of them at once.
When I opened the box of supplements, I was a bit overwhelmed. Lots of packages and lots of pills. A BIG however is that these are supreme in providing convenience in one pouch and the supplements provide everything you need. The pouches allow you to take your daily dose wherever you are if you throw it in a purse or gym bag. The supplements give you what your body needs (and then some) in just a few capsules instead of eating vegetables and fruits in bulk quantity on a daily basis. This is so convenient and portable that taking them daily is a breeze.
I think the price is average for what you get. All vitamins needed during pregnancy is in 1 easy to go packet. There is a sent of pills in a multi pack. I take that before bed. Not sure if it makes a difference but I am using them now.
The package was open and missing several pills. Amazon gave me a refund so I bought it again but new order was more expensive since I had lost the subscription discount. Product itself is ok, I am not a doctor to say if it’s worthy or not.
Thisvis a high quality well formulated prenatal vitamin. Unfortunately it is a lot of pills for me and I found the circular ones to be difficult to swallow. It got stuck in my throat and was very uncomfortable.
Each dose is packaged separately. Some of the pills are a bit large and based on your medical situation may not be needed. Check with your doctor before taking.
