BEST PRODUCT EVER!!!
I have never tried a product so good like this one… I went to my hair salon to get highlights and one month after I went again “to lighten them up” but my hair stylist was out of town and had someone else do it which instead she dried my hair to the point where it was falling off after two days and when I brushed it it had elasticity I couldn’t even brush it with a thin comb because my hair would literally fall from the roots, I couldn’t even pass the hair straightener on my hair, the only solution was to go back to dark and cut my hair short, but instead I did some research and found a girl on YouTube who went through the same process and decided to give this product a try…. I could tell the difference from the first time I used it my hair was already smooth and silky, I’ve been using it for a month now and I’m finally able to straighten it with the flat iron . I recommend 1000% if your hair needs repair after bleach damage this is the product you want to use to save your hair , I only use it twice a week and leave it on for about an hour before I rinse it off. You can see on the photos how my hair was falling off two days after I went to the salon… and how healthy it looks now after month of using Osmo.

Best hair investment product
I bleached my virgin hair and it felt like an ugly old broom. I went on YouTube and found this recommended gem right here and took a leap of faith by ordering it. I am so glad I did. My hair feels soft and actually feels like normal hair again. I don’t have that original softness I did when my hair was virgin but it feels pretty close given it’s bleached now. I have long hair down to my waist and I can say this tub will last me the rest of the year, it’s big and so much of it and you don’t need that much to use. I let it sit in my hair for about 30 min-60 min depending on my mood but if you don’t have time and just want to use it as a regular conditioner it works great too

Osmo Intensive Deep Repair Hair Mask
My ScHair story, I’ve bleached my hair from black to blonde (too many times) and damaged it so much. When I saw this product on youtube I decided to give it a try. First, the container is HUGE! The texture of the conditioner is thick/creamy and if I had to compare the scent to another product I’ve used, it smells like Nexxus Humectress (which I like that scent too, but doesn’t do anything to my hair) I decided to baby my hair for a week. I dampened my hair and applied a good amount to my hair, focusing more product on the damaged parts like the ends. I used a wide tooth comb and ran it thru so it was smooth. Then I left it in on overnight while having it in a loose bun. I tried not to brush it too much and just left it alone. When I finally took my hair down, I could see and feel the big difference in my fried hair. My hair felt smoother and the split ends almost like they were repaired. So I have to say, this product made me and my hair HAPPY! I will continue using it weekly as a deep conditioner overnight and if anything changes, I will update my review. For now, all I can say is I have spent hundreds on quality brand hair products and this one is so worth it! My hair sits a little below my shoulders now since I’ve had to cut it many times to remove split ends. I’m hoping that with more love and care to my hair I can grow it back out to a healthy stage. Fingers crossed. I posted a photo of my hair after I bleached the roots and the other photos are what it looks like currently. I only color the underside of my hair for reference. Please don’t change this product. Highly recommend to anyone with coarse dry over processed bleached hair. Thanks for reading!

Massive amount!
Bought this because I saw someone on tiktok mentioning the absolutely massive amount you get for the price you pay for so I decided to check it out. While I'm not completely blown away by the effects of it, my hair did get softer and doesn't tangle as much anymore. Maybe I need to leave it in longer but so far I've only used it 2x. I took away a star because I wish they had sealed the top of the container with foil instead of leaving it just as a twist cap.

Good conditioner for those with thick hair.
I have thick long hair so I can go through 1 bottle of conditioner a week. This quickly gets very expensive. I tired this deep conditioning treatment and it was wonderful the use as much as I needed without running out. The tub is quite big and I can tell it will last me a good while.

Best conditioner for dry, frizzy hair.
I’m so glad I took a chance on this conditioner, I only used it once so far but my hair is so soft, silky and much more manageable! My hair has been salon color treated for years and I stopped coloring it in April, and it’s been a nightmare (frizzy, dry, unmanageable) ever since. I used this conditioner last night and my hair feels amazing, is more manageable and is looking so much better. My first time using this but I don’t believe it’s fake - it smells good (to me) no chemical smell, not watery (thick buttery consistency, I would prefer an inner seal but many products don’t have one which I don’t like. I’m so excited and happy with the results and I hope they continue; if so I will never use another conditioner! Will use it longer and update my review.

Nice mask
The mask is great at moisturizing my hair, but unless I put my hair up, it leaves red and itchy marks on my ears and neck. I am allergic to something in the ingredients, but I do like how nice it makes my hair feel.

Bad reaction to this product, felt burning on my scalp
I seen a friend post about this product on her FB page. So I thought I’d give it a go, since I have mixed hair textures typed hair. Very fine thin hair but super curly & brittle. I applied a small amount to my long hair & waited 1 -2 mins, and started to feel it tingling & burning my scalp. I am highly allergic to Cucumber, Bamboo, Eucalyptus items. None of those items were listed on your ingredients, for this product, hence why I thought I would give it a go/ try it out. Thankfully I ordered the smallest sample like size. But to all whom are highly allergic to certain items please test this item before applying it to your whole head/hair.

Really hydrates!
I absolutely love this deep conditioner. It is a great value for your money. It co es in a very large container that lasts for a long time. I use it as a regular conditioner, but it also makes a great hair mask, as it is very thick and moisturizin. I also use a little bit of it as a leave in conditioner. Finally they have figured out how to ship this heavy tub of cream :) I love this hair product - great value for money. The 40 oz tub lasts me 6 months and I use it daily. I have very fine curly hair and it works great as a leave in conditioner and even helps protect my hair against heat and to style my hair to hold my curls without stickiness. The tub used to be shipped loose in a box with some giant bubbles which did nothing to protect against the lid coming off - but now finally they are shipping it in a 'right-sized' box with sticky-backed bubble wrap to prevent shifting and keep the lid on tight. Overall I'm very happy they have fixed the shipping issues and I can receive my product which I love - in one piece :))

More moisturizing than conditioning/hydrating
I have 2a/b low porosity hair. I think I prefer a more hydrating formula with more silicone than oil. This is definitely for more damaged/brittle hair. Not that it’s heavy per se but it didn’t do anything for my hair or curls/waves. It’s important to know what type of ingredients your hair likes. This was fun to try and it’ll be good for my ends as my hair gets longer and becomes more porous.

Not much difference
The first time I bought this was in the smaller size which is never available, it worked wonders. For some reason this tub size i purchased ...this time around it didn't make my hair feel soft, smoothe and shiny. Kinda disappointed this time around. I ended up returning it.

poor packaging by amazon
horrific pckging but great product. super needed with my hip length hair but this was a 3week missing order that i had to reorder and wait an additional week for. you can see they attempted to protect the jar with the layers of plastic, but it failed. i can feel the shards of container plastic under the exploded bottom where the product collected and leaked out to the paper cushioning and inside the cardboard box. hair feels super moisturized. you can see how it came (out)

Honestly I really don’t feel like this helped heal my bleached hair. It was a nice detangler and hair mask while in the shower, but I really didn’t notice any significant benefits. For the price you can’t go wrong but nothing about this made me want to repurchase.
