I have recently used almost 20 different hair products (as i was trying to find a product which defines me lol) and feel very comfortable writing this review. This product has good hold and matte finish which is what you expect from a matte clay. I applied it on dry hair and it looked cool and I am sure if you apply on wet hair and blow dry, it would look good. But the worst thing which is really intolerable for me is water melon smell of this product. I had to take 5 tablets to get rid of the headache which i had from this product. If you have loss of sense of smell, or you like smell of water melon, this is the product to go.

Works fairly well, but the smell...
It holds a little stiffer than the regular Osmo clay wax, which isn't really a bad thing. What really turned me off, I only used it once, was the overpowering smell. It smells like you dipped your head in liquid watermelon jolly ranchers.

Not a fan, used to Love matrix messy matte clay "dirty trix" this is nothing like osmo matte regular clay, it makes you hair firm stiff that is almost crunchy yet soft at the same time...it smell like old watermelons and I would have returned it if i hadn't used it 3 or 4 times. after it dries and if you sleep on it your hair is tangled and dry the next day even a little flaky.

Best hair clay paste ever
I used to buy this paste back in Europe and luckily it's available here on Amazon. I love that it's lightweight and that you only need a little to go a long way. I had one can of this last me about 6 months where I used it almost every day. The scent is very pleasant and isn't sticky on the hands. I also noticed that if I ever left it out that it wouldn't get hard or brittle. It leaves your hair with a matte finish. I just wish it cost less since it's half the price back in Europe. Other than that my favorite hair paste.
