Good Stuff!
Nice conditioner! I have used it several times so far, and I am impressed by how it makes my hair very soft and more manageable. My hair actually looks and feels like I just left the salon. Usually, after washing, my hair is unruly and resembles a mushroom sitting on my head. To calm it down, I have to use tons of conditioner, sleep on it, or use a very hot flat iron. Most conditioners I have used make my hair look limp, flat, and dirty. If I apply less conditioner, I end up with a massive head of tangles almost impossible to comb out. With this conditioner, I apply an amount about the size of a quarter to my ends first, then about half of that amount to the rest of my hair. I leave it on for just a few minutes. My hair is then easy to comb out, and I use just a dryer and brush to style. My hair comes out bouncy - not flat from product. I took off a star since the fragrance is so faint that it cannot be detected. I initially assumed it was unscented, but after reading the description again, I realized it is supposed to smell like "sandalwood, amber, and vanilla." Even after taking the top off and giving it a good sniff, I smelled nothing. I put a small amount in my palm and rubbed it between my fingers. When I held it up to my nose, I thought maybe I could detect a faint vanilla scent. It's not a big deal, as I am more interested in the conditioner's ability to repair and strengthen my hair. I think this is a fairly pricey product, but if it helps my hair, it will be totally worth it.

I Missed Paul Mitchell!
I was always a fan of Paul Mitchell products but years back, a hairdresser talked me out of using the line. Can’t remember why but I recently saw this Bond RX Conditioner and thought I’d try it. I really like it! The conditioner is silky smooth and it not only conditions, but it also acts as a detangler. This is not mentioned on the product bottle but for me, it helps with the knots. It leaves my hair smooth and easy to style. I would have given it five stars, but I’ve only had the product for two weeks and I would like to see a longer-term effect. I can’t imagine anything going bad but I’ll be happy to update the review at a later date. Bottom line, I would recommend the Paul Mitchell Bond RX Conditioner. Using this product has made me reassess the Paul Mitchell line and I am going to start buying their products again.

Call me Mr. Frizz
That’s OK, I don’t mind. I do have a “dry” sense of humor, anyway. Sure beats “Brillo Head” that I heard back in sixth grade. To say have dry hair would be an understatement. I use good conditioner and don’t over-shampoo but that’s the hair I was born with. Thus, this expensive conditioner from the respected Mr. Mitchell caught my eye and the unruly mop just above. Since I am a little bit vain dude chasing the fountain of youth, my hair is chemically treated, too. My hair is short these days so I washed and normally, and partially towel dried while still standing in the shower. I squeezed out about a tablespoon and worked through my hair. The smell is relatively fresh and clean. First impressions: smooth and effective as compared with other premium brands. For a hair product, this one is somewhat unusually covered by Amazon’s 30 day guarantee—impressive. If you like it, the large size costs half the price per ounce. Perhaps my Farah Fawcett days are still ahead! (For those of you who don’t know about Farah’s legacy, it’s worth a Google search. She was truly a cultural icon who left us far too soon and had the most famous head of hair of the 1970s.)

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This product is amazing. I normally use Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Lemon Grass shampoo and conditioner, which I love! But, my hair is always rough. I just added this conditioner for a couple times a week and I love it. It smells great as well. My hair hasn’t been this smooth in years! Would have given 5 stars but I had an issue with the packaging. It arrived with product in the sealed package and kind of a mess. Maybe they could package it better.

Hated it-can’t get to stylist fast enough!
I have a small strip of white hair mixed with some gray and I cover all of it with warm blonde highlights…I received this product as a gift and was assured it was safe for my hair! I used it one time following the instructions and it not only stripped my color it made my hair feel very dry and coarse. I do not recommend this product!!!
