Buyer beware
Buyer beware! I have old, stressed and brittle hair and THOUGHT this was a shampoo advertised for someone like me. I have never lost so much hair during one shampoo as I did when using this product. It dried and pulled my hair out in long strands and clumps!! I was mortified and wondered how long it was going to take to get this stuff out of my hair! I don't known if I got a false product or this was the real deal but OMG...never again. Oh...and I used to love PM products too😕.

Not packaged well for sending!
I like this shampoo and have bought it from time to time. I was very surprised to open the amazon box this time to find the shampoo leaking inside fastened plastic bag, as well as shampoo that leaked out to the cardboard box. Upon investigation, I noticed the bottle was loosely capped, and there was nothing else inside the big box that's 3 times the size of the shampoo bottle to keep it from rolling around. Very poor quality packaging. I have asked for replacement and still need to go out of my way to return the defected item and package. This is a bad experience.

Fabulous product

Hmmmm
I bought these - (invested in -I should say) because I had a hair stylist use them at a salon. My hair smelled amazing but I have a sneaky suspicion these larger bottles are not the exact same solution I got in the salon.

Concerned I received a used bottle...
The picture depicts how this bottle was received. Plastic open and missing some of the product. For the price I paid I am extremely disappointed and concerned that I may not have received a new sealed bottle.

I have fine hair and I've had trouble with tangles at night. I tried putting it up at night, changing type of scrunchie to satin, tried looser, bought a satin pillowcase. Nothing changed until I finally decided it had to be the cheap products I was using. Oh my gosh this product fixed the problem with first wash!! I can brush right through it each morning. I also use the leave in conditioner and mousse. So thankful and sooooo recommended. You really DO get what you pay for. Just buy this!

Low to no scent.
I like that these products have very little scent. The shampoo lathers up well so you don't have to use a lot. I have used inexpensive products for years but decided for my health to get clean products. The cost seems very pricey but I will probably order them again.

I have been using this for a few weeks now & I love it! I have extremely sensitive scalp that is easily irritated by most products. This seems to be kind to my scalp & my hair is definitely healthier. I have fine hair that tends to get frizzy & this smooths it significantly. The consistency is different & more on the watery side but this is not an issue as a little but goes a long way. The scent is floral but light & again has been fine on my ultra sensitive scalp. The fact that it’s a clean shampoo is fantastic! Please Paul Mitchell never stop making this! Best shampoo/conditioner I’ve found in years!

Cosmetic Packaging Defect.
Just received this “Paul Mitchell Repair Shampoo” delivery. The top of the tube was held down by Scotch Tape that seemed as if put there a million years ago and would not come off, There was also some slight leakage. Definitely not the quality I’m used to when purchasing a Paul Mitchell product… especially when it’s 8.5oz shampoo for almost $30.00. Never had a problem before… 🤨
