I never rate anything on Amazon because I'm too lazy, but I had to give this a review. I've had this stuff for two days and I love it. I'm a queer woman growing my queer haircut out with the inspiration of Harry Styles' mane and I wanted something to use in my wavy/some parts frizzy/ hair. I was particularly looking for something vegan and without sulfates and silicone, but effective. I tried Shea Raw Moisture or whatever and that left my hair feeling super greasy. This stuff had a total opposite effect and my hair feels super smooth and clean and light. Can't wait to use the array of hair products I ordered with this shampoo. Worth it for the price.

Highly recommended if you have frizzy wavy hair
This shampoo along with the conditioner made my hair so smooth and soft! I had been using another brand that was equally expensive on my Caucasian color treated long frizzy wavy hair. This stuff blows that out of the water! It is expensive for the size of the bottle. However, I was able to use a quarter size of both the shampoo and the conditioner, and I have hair down to my lower back. Highly recommended if you have frizzy wavy hair.

1. Scent — amazing 2. How far does it go? a long way. I used to use three to four pumps of my previous shampoos but 1, sometimes 2, are plenty for me with this shampoo. For reference, my hair is fine and curly and down to my belt line. It also rinses out super well and doesn’t leave gross buildup because you can’t get it all out. 3. Does my hair get greasy quickly? Nope! I can go a full week between washes with use of dry shampoo on day 5, or five days with no greasy hair. 4. Does my hair get frizzy? Only if it’s very humid or rains a lot. 5. How long does it last? A really long time. I’m not even 1/3 into the bottle and I bought this months ago. I usually wash my hair 2-3 times per week.

Good stuff
This is a great product. I’m African American with a 3C curl type and it can be difficult to find products that moisturise my hair well. The shampoo is fab! It creates shine without weighing for hair down or striping it dry. This product does it! Happy I took the chance and found something new!

It's ok
I ordered this along with the recommended conditioner because I have hair that due to age and grey growth is not very healthy. My texture has changed because of the grey and I am guessing my age has contributed to my hair not being the best. I bought this in hopes it would soften and reduce breakage...it didn't do that though. In my personal experience I didn't see much of a difference at all. I used it for over a month and followed all the directions...no change.

Scent is great and definitely makes my hair feel much healthier over other shampoo brands I have used in the past. Just be warned that this is definitely on the more expensive side, as the bottle is not very large (but a little bit of shampoo goes a long way! lathers very well)

Fresh expensive shampoo
I have very thick coarse wavy hair that I usually straighten. This fresh smelling shampoo and conditioner dried faster and my hair had less frizz if any. It did make my hair a bit softer but expecting my coarse hair to be like silk is asking for the impossible. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is in relation to price. $26 for a very small bottle of shampoo is steep. Luckily I only was my hair 1-2x’s a week.

Works amazingly for defrizzing very curly hair

Smells amazing
I love the scent of this shampoo most of all. My salt & pepper hair needs smoothing and my hairdresser used this on my most recent visit. I truly didn't see any great improvements since I air dry my hair, as far as less frizz, but the light woodsy/earthy smell keeps it in my rotation.

Great, but not a lot of shampoo for price
I knew it said 8.5 ounces when I bought it...but it wasn't until I received it that I realized how little that is...for the price of $26. and another $28 for conditioner. May be better off going to TJ Maxx or one of those kind of places and getting a BIG salon shampoo for the same price or less. It is a great shampoo though...just pricey and you don't get a lot of it.

Not impressed
I’ve never used a shampoo so loaded down with perfume, literally have to brush my teeth after washing my hair in the shower because I can taste the perfume. My scalp feels drier and I do not see any improvement in the quality of my hair. Have no intentions of buying this brand again.

Is this smell really Unisex smell?
I love some unisex perfumes and shampoo and conditioner sets but this was such a strong & very masculine scent! I just can't do it! I bought both the shampoo and conditioner and now they are in a box of stuff in giving away! I really tried many times and I just can't get passed the smell! For someone who enjoys masculine scents you will love it! The scent is really long lasting for a shampoo as well! I have fine/ bleached hair and it was OK. Nothing special! I'll stick with my bumble and bumble or amika the cure!

Not for sensitive scalp people
I really like R&Co products and have never had an issue until now. I decided to try this shampoo after seeing it was slightly cheaper than their other shampoos as they are pretty pricey. This smells great and I like the way my hair looks after using, but it made my scalp incredibly itchy to the point where I woke up in the night from the sensation of having to scratch. Days later and my scalp is still itchy. I will not be purchasing again and will stick with the other R&Co shampoo I normally use.
