Perfect for second-day curls
I've been searching for a good mousse for curly, fine hair. I've tried a lot, mostly those products that get strong reviews. They just didn't work in my hair, which is unpigmented, fine, and curly. Another reviewer mentioned using this mousse for second-day curls, so I tried it. It's perfect. It's a hybrid between a refresher spritzer and a styling product. Very light, and truly refreshes the curl and volume.

Great Mousse but the bottle has issues
This mousse works great. However this is the 2nd bottle I’ve had that quits working. I can hear and feel there is still quite a bit of product inside but it won’t fluff up and come out in a way that is usable. It comes out liquid which doesn’t work on your hair. I shake and shake and shake and no change. When it does work as it should, it’s great. It holds, it doesn’t make your hair sticky and lasts. It’s pretty expensive to leave so much product in the bottle.

Mousse is the greatest.
This styling mousse is one of the best I have ever used. Just a bit of it and I blow dry and style my hair all at once. The mousse gives it lift that holds. It may be on the expensive side but you use so little of it that I am still amazed how long the can is lasting.

Sticky tape residue
The product seems fine so far but it came with clear tape affixing the lid to the bottle. I understand the purpose of this but wish there was something else the packers could use. For a premium hair product I don’t want to deal with a sticky bottle every time I go to use this mousse. I normally would buy this from a salon and regret not supporting a small business but was in a pinch. Next time I’ll be patient and wait to buy from not Amazon.

Conditions and holds. Great for fine and curly or wavy hair.
Pricey but it’s the only mousse that works on my fine but curly and sometimes wavy hair. Great ingredients that hold but also seem to condition my hair. This mousse doesn’t result in sticky next day hair. It’s most effective in the winter but does help a lot in summer frizz as well. No flakes or stickiness. Haven’t found any mouse that comes close. Have tried most mousses in the drugstore and salon brands.

Great Ingredients for your hair
First found this at my hair salon. After using this for over a month my stylist says my hair is in great shape. I like this product, it is lightly scented and my hair seems to hold a style. Contains Lots of great safe ingredients for normal dry or color treated hair. Great plus to me is it is Not tested on animals . Last quite a while too - you do not have to use alot of product to get good results.

Good but doesn’t last long
I really like R+Co products and wanted to give this a try for my curls. I really love the way it makes my curls look, but I’ve had it two weeks and it’s almost gone. My normal mousse lasts about 2-3 months. It’s just not worth it for me for the $$.

My stylist used this and recced it as a great mousse for fine curly, wavy hair like mine. I enjoy the fragrance and it’s been working great. Volume seems good enough, but I also have a volumizer. Previously I would just frizz up so much and I’d have such a hard time tamng the curls. This works well.

Not horrible but not great
Love the scent , but getting it out of the foam making container is another story. My hands don’t work as well as they used to but the product comes out really slow making it hard to hold enough pressure on the tab. Not sure it did too much for volume but it smells nice.

warning--strong chemical perfume
I wish I'd seen a review about this product containing headache-inducing chemical perfume, I would have given it a hard pass. Why do manufacturers insist on adding these chemicals--which do not enhance performance whatsoever--to their products? If I wanted to smell like I'd doused myself in cheap perfume I'd douse myself in cheap perfume. Obviously not everyone is bothered by this odor but a significant number of us are. Even if I decided to live with the smell, my workplace is a no-perfume zone--there are some who are even more sensitive than I am--so I can not use this product. It did give my hair some volume but it's expensive and I'm not that impressed.

Beware: Broken nozzle wastes half the product!
I love this styling mousse (my stylist recommended it), but the nozzle stopped working when the bottle was still half full. This is the second time it has happened. For the price, throwing away half the product because the aerosol fails is upsetting. It is a recurring defect, so I can no longer buy or recommend it.

Not working
I have read comments about the bottle not working properly. This is the case with mine also. It delivers only a small quantity of the product with a lot of air pressure being waisted. You can hear the liquid splashing inside the bottle, but nothing comes out. Will try to return.

Can’t get more than 1/2 can of mousse out of can
There is something wrong with this producer. After about one half of the can is empty, no more foam mousse comes out. Only either nothing or white watery liquid comes out. I reordered it on the advice of my Haircutter, but the same thing happened again, only this time it worked for only about 1/3rd of the can and then reverted to white liquid. Amazon won’t take it back because it is after 30 days. Not good policy in this situation.

Not what it used to be
I bought this from a hair salon and loved it, so decided to repurchase on Amazon and the formula must've changed since the smell is pretty bad, smells like men's cologne, and it my naturally oily/shiny hair looks super dry after using this. I'm better off without any product than using this stuff. Too bad I can't return.
