Unless you are OCD about fragrance (apparently based on one review here I read in particular) or have some kind of hair that for whatever reason requires an inordinately large amount of conditioner (based on another of the very few bad reviews here) this conditioner is amazing. You can’t make everyone happy, but I love the smell, AND I have a huge head of thick long hair which I have colored every 4 weeks because it grows that fast and I use a very small (<dime) amount on the scalp, and then (sometimes but not always) I work a small (<dime) amount down through the long part and it works amazingly well for me. Smooth, silky, tangle-free.. no sulfates, no animal testing.. I also straighten it with a flat iron - so both heat and chemical processed hair (photo is having slept on it, gone a day without washing, and not straightened it).

Might be replacing my Davines combo
I've been a tried and true Davines customer for years. I have long, dry and processed hair. Davines has been the only product that brought life and moisture back to my hair, until I tried this. I got these as a Birchbox sample and liked the first try, so I purchased the set. This may be replacing my Nounou set! I love the smell and a little goes a long way - which is particularly important for the price and size of the bottle. So far, I love it! This conditioner is the perfect blend of smoothing control and moisture for my tired tresses without weighing them down. I've never really been able to air dry my hair without touching it up with the dryer or hot iron and this conditioner allows me to do just that! I just finish it with a little Bumble and Bumble balm and I'm good to go. Very happy with this product.

If you can afford it, def worth it
I have long hair, it's not thick or course but there is a lot of it, natural light brown w/blonde balayage throughout. Unless I use a twice weekly treatment or get a professional gloss my flag of a head gets tangly. By tangly I mean it tangles into several hornet's nest dreadlocks. After investing in a wide tooth comb, this conditioner is one of the only sulfate free kinds I've tried that keeps my hair soft, relatively tangle free without weighing my long tresses down, oh and smells luxe af. Noticed some reviews mention it leaves a residue but haven't experienced this post-shower at all, however, I live in the city of LA so perhaps the hard water here helps? Anyway, it's expensive of course compared to drug store brands, but not much more than other sulfate free products and much less than other salon level products, so I recommend you try a little travel bottle first (only if you can afford a bigger one later cause you'll get hooked!) and if you like it just get the extra large bad boy size to cut corners on price a lil. I've never felt like I wasted money on this product as it spares me agony on a daily basis and I love smelling my hair, in general... PS – Also tried the sunset blvd blonde and bel air smoothing, and while they also work and smell lovely, the television perfect conditioner seems to be the best match for my mane / main issues – maybe try a few little travel bottles to see what works best for you first!

probably fantastic for fine hair
if you have normal, fine hair this would be perfect for you. it smells INCREDIBLE and is super light. unfortunately it was not for me. i have fine hair but i have a LOT of it, and its very prone to dryness, so it needs a lot of extra moisture and slip for detangling. the atlantis and dallas conditioners worked a lot better for me. this pretty thin and is almost like a veil to me. i think it helps with frizz and shine but it didnt provide the moisture my hair needs personally. but i have a good feeling the fine hair girlies would love this!

The only conditioner I use now
My hair would constantly feel dry or get greasy extremely fast so I have tried many different shampoos and conditioners until I found this one. This is now the only conditioner I want to buy (the shampoo as well) because it works so good! it makes my hair feel like it does after I get it done at the salon. The only downside is the price. This brand is quite expensive, but I will continue to pay it because nothing works as well.

Great conditioner for chemically or color treated hair.
This conditioner is a bit pricey, but worth it. I’m 52, have white and gray hair on top and some of my natural color light brown left in the back. I’m a former hairdresser and salon owner, cut and color my own hair with a medium neutral blonde in back and a high lift blonde on the top and the sides (my white and gray hair is less visible when it grows in against the blonde). My hair was slightly damaged from the color, and this conditioner has brought it back. I was using a Schwarzkopf repair conditioner that was pretty good, but this one is better. I have an inverted bob haircut just above the shoulders, so this bottle lasts me for a few months.

Really in another league
I decided to try R&Co while on sale during Prime Days. I was honestly hoping it'd be a negligable difference compared to nice-ish drug store brands, but it achieved things the others couldn't (softness, smell, manageability). For context, I have shoulder-length fine blonde hair with wave/curl (2b/c). Guess I'll need to explore more of their product lines.

The best
This has taken my hair from mediocre to MOST ENVIED. I’m not kidding. I shaved my hair off due to it breaking, when it grew back it seemed wavy and limp, BUT HEALTHY. Started using this, my hair is voluminous and curly, smells great, bouncy, shiny... the list is endless! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDITIONER. It’s weightless and wonderful. The ticket on it is a bit up there but a little goes a long way. And it’s COMPLETELY WORTH IT! I have used it both with and without the ‘perfect hair day shampoo’ and I love the results when used in conjunction with the shampoo more. But without it, the conditioner still shows results unlike any other.

Doesn’t quite meet the hype
I bought this for the scent. I’ve been using all Ola Plex hair products and I think they leave my hair smelling like car exhaust, so I was hoping the TV Ready conditioner would be a more pleasant alternative. It does smell absolutely amazing - in the bottle, but it barely leaves any scent behind in my hair. It’s also disappointing that it’s not more moisturizing. Just two washes using this instead of the Ola Plex bonding conditioner left my hair dry, with visible split ends. I’m going to say overall it’s not worth the money because it doesn’t meet reasonable expectations for that price point.

Not worth the price
It was okay but not worth the price. I have 3a-3b hair, it dried my hair some. It detangled okay and smells like a fancy saloon. The conditioner works better than the shampoo. I love their cream product but I'm not a fan of the shampoo/conditioner product. There are more affordable products out there. I think this conditioner would work better on oily hair or straight hair

Meh and very difficult to get out of the bottle
I have thick wavy hair and the product was no better than cheaper brands. What I found frustrating was the packaging. The conditioner is so thick you need hands of steel to squeeze it out. Best to leave the bottle upside down, thus the packaging or bottles should be changed where it stands on its head.

Pass on the conditioner, shampoo is nice tho
Just okay. Bought with the shampoo. The shampoo is better than the conditioner. The conditioner is very thin, does not detangle, has no slip. Although it wasn’t too difficult to brush out my hair after using, my hair was very tangled initially. More so than ever. Very odd. Gave 1 star because a nice scent but doesn’t last on hair.
