REF SHAMPOO ACTUAL WORKED 4 ME!!
Asked a friend with lots of fine hair what shampoo she used. She highly recommended REF (volume - green bottle) so I ordered the smallest bottle I could find because I was expecting not to like it. Most shampoos and conditioners either weigh my hair down or if I am not careful, and add too much product, my hair looks greasy even when freshly washed. The first wash was amazing, no conditioner used but my hair was so silky soft and shiny. I am very happy with this find and so is my hair. Has a nice clean, fresh, light scent so I will continue to use. It is a lot cheaper than my other shampoo brand (win, win).

I do notice a difference
I love how Ref smells! But I use it because in combination with the conditioner and mousse it works really well. If you use too much mousse it can feel icky. Less is more. I have very fine hair and have lost a lot of it with Thyroid cancer. This product doesn’t give you drastic volume but enough to notice the difference.

Suspicious scent
This product had a scent that did not match my prior purchases which I made in salons. I’m very sensitive to scents and this product price was too high to not adhere to their quality standards.

helps fine hair have body
I was introduced through a sample size and fell in love with it. I have a lot of hair but it's very fine and it it lives up to its reputation. it does not weigh my hair down. I have way more body without using a lot of additional product

Didn’t work for my thin fine hair & made hair shedding worse.
I have thin fine hair, with an oily scalp, and this brand was recommended by my hair stylist. It felt like my hair was still greasy at the scalp after washing this product out, even after double cleansing. I immediately started noticing more hair coming out in the shower and on my brush every time I brushed my hair. After using this for a few months, my ponytail was noticeably more thin. I would not recommend this product for thin/fine hair.

Really wonderful shampoo
This shampoo was recommended to me by my hair dresser. I love the smell, helps my extremely curly hair feeling natural and soft. I don’t use conditioner anymore. It’s a little pricey but a small amount goes a long way. My granddaughter whose hair is below her waist uses it too, and her hair alway looks healthy and shiny

dont like the smell
i really dont like the smell of this shampoo. it works well with fine hair, makes your hair shine. i have a really hard time finding shampoo that works with my fine hair. this shampoo is weightless and i like the texture of my hair when its wet & dry. some shampoo's make your hair feel grimy. this does not.

Looks great, causes EXTREME allergies
The shampoo and conditioner both work great and my hair looked amazing! But only from very far away. Both of the products made me so itchy I could barely be around myself and my boyfriend broke out into hives, sneezing, and coughing all the time!! We’ve had to wash our bedding 3 times to get it all out of the sheets and he’s still sneezing in the bathroom where the products were used. Looks great but beware!!
