Product is not the same. Different packaging different scent(way too strong). Original from Israel and one I got is from Florida. Ingredients different than original package. Price as gone way up. I have been using Saphira for years recommended by my hair dresser. Now they have added the word Devine on package. Orginal did not have that. Very disappointed. Returning
I had to return the item. The seal was broken. I opened it and saw the texture and color were not right. If you get from another source you will love it. Have used it for 2 years. Smells wonderful... Like being in a relaxing salon.
I disliked it ,It came broken from the bottom all the treatment coming out that’s so wrong how much it cost to come like this I should get my money back
The product is great, tried and true. Avoid this supplier. Unsealed in what appears to be a used container. Have some integrity.
Delivered on time. The mask has changed my hair texture alot. I don’t use conditioning anymore.

This product was recommended to me by my hairdresser and when I received my product it had been OPENED and USED! I was shocked and very disappointed. I was sent out an replacement and used the conditioner last night, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the product!!! With that said, I hope there is some improvement on their delivery 😞
No, this hair mask is a total disappointment all around. It’s very thick, which would be fine if it supplied any moisture but it doesn’t. You have to use a ton of it and it’s hard to spread. So I tried watering it down, which makes it even less effective. I had to add my old conditioner to get some softness in my hair. It’s a tiny amount too, so all in all it was a waste of money.
The product is great - I’ve bought it before. Was very disappointed when it arrived having clearly been opened before!
I love this product and was excited to order it. I tried it from my hairstylist the first time. I was disappointed to open the bottle and find that it is half empty. I would like to have this bottle replaced and arrive sealed properly.

I proceeded with layering the three...( Leave in then mud then serum) Thought i wouldn't like it, but when it dried.. I did!, Very low frizz, and although im fine haired, it Didnt feel heavy like i expected.. So wasnt supposed to leave It in, but i did.. What i like... Basically all listed below.. Love the smell.. Liked the effects 🚩🚩As a stylist my only concern is That when we colour, and especially lighten, Minerals in the water ( well water around here is chock full) They can be problematic .. So keep that in mind and discuss With your stylist.. ( the appt prior, NOT day of please!) They may have you do a clarifying treatment and halt use right before Then resume after the service.. Overall, my wife really likes this mineral mud. It helps you make your hair a bit more curly. As long as you don't expect major miracles, you will not be disappointed. But if you think your hair is going to transform from a straight hair to curly hair overnight or wavy hair to curly hair, then you will probably be disappointed. It is subtle the difference. The question is whether you think it's worth spending $38 for a subtle difference.
This stuff leaves your hair super soft. It's not cheap, but it has improved the quality of my hair.

This "mud" is great. It has a nice scent and leaves my hair shiny and without frizz.

this is easy to use and smells good. You apply it to wet hair, leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse in warm water. So easy. Your hair comes out nice and moisture rich.
I really like it. I color my hair and it's very drying, leaving my hair extra dry and frizzy. I use this and it moisturizes my hair and scalp, leaving behind a lustrous shine, softness and no itch from dryness.

This mud mask helps condition your hair, and it has a mild, exotic scent that is sweet but not too overbearing. I don’t think it is as moisturizing as some other hair masks I’ve used, but it did an OK job, and it didn’t weigh my hair down. It has definitely been helpful with the amount of time I’ve been spending in my pool.
Love the product but it is quite expensive.
I have type 2 hair and this does a great job of moisturizing my hair without leaving it greasy looking. This can work as both a daily conditioner if you use just a bit and also as a hair mask if you really coat your strands with it. The formula is THICK and will really hang on to your hair as needed. The scent on this does hang around a bit, something I'm not a huge fan of, but the smell isn't overwhelming or too much. Overall, this has lasted for a long time and has done a great job as being my weekly hair mask go-to. It does a great job of bringing moisture without overloading your hair and really helps revitalize waves and curls.
I used this deep conditioner this morning. My hair looks good, but not so different from when I use other products. This conditioner is VERY thick and a sort of weird yellow color. It doesn't have a strong smell and the slip is pretty good.
This is a deep conditioning treatment that you apply and then rinse out. The first time I used it, it left my curls very limp and weighed-down. The second time I tried it, I used it first and then shampooed afterwards and my hair responded so much better. Moisturized, with lots of volume. I like it.
This was an unusual and gritty experience for me. I have some nice curls and this mask did a good job of hydrating them and making them feel nourished. They look more lustrous too.
I was contacted by Saphira and they sent me a new one.
