If it's good enough for the Duke of Edinburgh, it's good enough for me. I've used their products for several years now and visited the salon in St. James. It's one of those little things that one can do for one's self that makes life somehow better.
I love this scent. I get nothing but compliments regarding it, women hug me longer so they can smell my neck, the scent is absolutely a miracle worker. HOWEVER, unless you're carrying the bottle with you, those compliments will only last about half an hour. This cologne fades faster than any I've ever used. 5 stars plus for the scent, one star for longevity.
For something as storied and high-end as this purports to be, it is very disappointing. It smells like Sprite for about 5 minutes, fades to an almost imperceptible mild musk in less than an hour (which could have just been my deodorant). If you're looking for a gift for a teenager who's going to douse themselves like they're using Axe, this is a great option. If you're looking for a mature sent that lasts for a day, spend your money elsewhere. Item is non-returnable, and a waste of money and I am very disappointed by its performance.
This cologne delivers a light, clean limey scent that is suitable for all ages. I have given it as a gift to men from teenagers on up ever since my husband discovered it in England many years ago; it has been appreciated by all and I am so glad that I can order it on Amazon after not being able to purchase for a couple of years when no one in the US carried this scent.
True fit & Hill is a first rate British men's shave and accessory house. The West Indies Lime scent is cool and refreshing and clean. A great product from a great company. The shop, on St James street in London, is a classic men's barbershop in the great tradition men's grooming. Quite an experience in and of itself to visit.
My absolute favorite cologne. Here's the big reasons why: - few people have ever heard of nor smelled it, so nobody else will be wearing it where ever you are. Compared to say... Polo or Aqua d' Gio... - It's a conversation starter with women that are standing close enough to smell you. Yes. Really. No lie. - I find myself smelling it various times throughout the day, and it always makes me smile, and is relaxing.
Smells great but doesn't last. Still trying to find a lime cologne that does.
I bought this cologne because i love citrus scents. when i received the cologne i was excited and i put some on to see how it would smell on me. boy, was i shocked and disappointed. it smelled like lime scented soap,(to me at least). i think this cologne is more suited for older men who are in their fifties and up, definitely not for someone in their twenties.
I buy this cologne all the time for my Husband. It has a fresh smell that doesn't overpower. I have a hard time with perfumes and super strong colognes, but this one hits the right note for both of us.
Not as good as Royall lime fragrance and more expensive
I am a longtime user of Royal Lyme aftershave, and wanted a classy citrus cologne to use throughout the day. I really wanted to like this but it is more “lemon” than “lime,” and as a result smells like “Lemon Pledge,” the cleaning product.

Fresh lime scent that lasts longer than most limes. Been using it for years and never disappoints.
Not nearly as distinctive and good smelling as the original scent. It smells a bit like furniture polish as the citrus notes are rather overpowering and there isn't any depth to the scent beyond that.
The smell of this is 5 star. It is very pleasant. My wife, who hates cologne and perfume, loves this. My kids love this. Within moments of spraying it (multiple sprays on clothes and body) it is gone. 10 minutes later and the only way to smell it is to press your clothes into your nostrils. I really liked this, sucks it last literal minutes

This lasts about 2 hours the fades to zero in about 4 hours. Too bad since the scent is so good.
I have used the T&H West Indian Lime shaving soap for a long time now and loved the scent. So I ordered a bottle of the Cologne. The scent is reminiscent of the cheap stuff you get at Bath and Body.

I love the scent; it smells intoxicating and classy. A person will need to reapply it throughout the day.
I love the scent, but it needs to be an EDP or Pure Parfum for staying power. You definitely cannot apply it one time and have the scent all day long.
Instead of getting a fresh citrus smell, you will get a pungent synthetic smell of cintrulline. Overpriced too.
My girlfriend thinks it smells like sprite, and I couldn't help but agree with her. Plus scent didn't last very long, less than an hour. I have a lime aftershave that lasts longer. Don't recommend.
My husband buys this and I felt I needed to jump on and give it a review!! He bought the sandalwood a while back and is almost out. He absolutely loves the scent, I do too as well as other people complimented him on it. When he was ordering a new one he saw the West Indian Lime. I told him get both so he did. This West Indian Lime is MINE!!!! I love the scent, I sprayed some on my hands and wiped it on the dogs, it’s amazing! Seriously, make some for dogs!
