Bad product, but great response from the vendor and Amazon
Just finished a bottle of Truefitt & Hill conditioner that was purchased directly through Truefitt & Hill. It is an amazing product. However, I bought the same conditioner on this site in order to receive a new bottle a little sooner. Today I used the product only to find that it NOT of the same quality. The scent doesn't come close, the consistency is different and even the cap has a larger dispensing hole than what you get straight from the company. It may be an extremely old bottle, but I am doubtful of that. I would recommend buying directly from Truefitt & Hill to avoid getting a below average product. UPDATE: Received a new bottle direct from Truefitt & Hill. The product purchased through Amazon is definitely NOT Of the same quality based on comparison with the direct purchase conditioner. I would guess that it is old and the essential oils have gone bad causing a "spoiled" product. Results are different and the reasons above still hold true. Be aware of that fact prior to purchase. The bright side is the outstanding response by the vendor and Amazon. They both were quick to act and even wanted the product back to see if they could figure out the issue. Unfortunately, I tossed it in the trash after the first use.
