Not Really Sandalwood
I’ve been using Taylor of Old Bond Street Sandalwood Hair & Body Shampoo for a while, but I decided to try T&H’s Sandalwood to see if it might be better. For those that love true Sandalwood scents, you won’t get it from T&H. If it had been a blind smell test, I wouldn’t have guessed anything close to sandalwood. It has a mild citrus scent, and even that goes away after you rinse off. It is a thicker gel and lathers better than Taylor’s, but the scents do not compare. Taylor’s shampoo scent is somewhat close to their sandalwood shave cream, but not as strong. I was hoping to find something stronger that would linger a bit more, but T&H just isn’t it. The T&H bath & shower gel isn’t horrible, just don’t expect a true sandalwood scent. I’ll use the rest of it, but I won’t reorder.

Scent wise the product is amazing. I’ve been around sandalwood and this product is spot on. You don’t have to use a lot of the product because it lathers well. However my only issue is the price. Expensive for how much you receive. The bottle is small. I will still purchase but will use sparingly. It is a good product!

You get much less product than the one pound advertised.
Description of item is false advertising. Title says one pound. It’s 6.7 ounces. Last I checked that’s less than half a pound. I feel deceived and cheated.
