Just understand the product
I honestly don’t understand all the confusion over this product. If you are looking for increased blood flow, with fuller and stronger erections... this product works. If you are looking for something you put on in the morning, and it let’s you walk around like a “hung stud” all day... you’re dreaming. Great ointment to apply 1-2 hours before sex. Like any topical substance, it loses its effect over time. I’ve been a user for 2 years. It works. But it’s not the miracle fix to make women blush at your size

Be advised that this product may NOT effect any male changes.
Basically, this "stimulating moisturizer"had absolutely no effect on the intended organ as advertised. I'm an old dude pushing 80. So, maybe it will only work on guys decades younger than I. But, be doubtful before ordering. If you order it, and find out it does nothing for you either, don't be afraid to let Amazon know first, and then send it back. Noticeable difference - but not huge. Its all in what you want or need.
Like others have said. If you rub something on hopefully you will start the erection process at least. My wife noticed a change in thickness and there's a taste but the taste isn't a game changer. It helps with blood flow which always helps with erections. I would recommend if you need this help in this area. If you are looking for a stay hard type of thing, this isn't it.

I can't say that I've seen much in growth, which doesn't really matter. I bought this gel to help increase sensitivity and condition the skin. For those purposes it definitely works. Here we go. I am literally shocked that I am writing this. I won't give too many specifics because I am not sure if my name is private but I will tell you this product surprised me. Really?!? I read a number of reviews before trying and frankly, either these guys are from Planet Stud to begin with - or, are still under 20 and don't need such "help" in the first place! Packaging is nice and photos of product are accurate. Good news - haven't detected any noticeable harm after a week plus. Bad news - a total Zero! Nothing. Nada. Zip. But, hey - maybe it's just me...

Did not work, I think it shrunk after using this stuff. It leaves a sticky feeling that I think would be a big turn off for a woman. I don't know if this is eatable or not. If it did good for other men great, did not do anything for me. joelee

Needs more ingredient strength.
I wanted to like this so much. The scent is fine, it goes on well. I followed directions..very little to no results. Perhaps they need to add an extra strength version with double the active ingredient. A pretty expensive dud.

Stay strong
This product works. What needs to be understood though, is that it doesn't give you the erection (that's your job), it helps maintain a very strong erection once you achieve it and with my experience it keeps you firm for a long time. I do recommend this product. Apply at least 30 minutes before you begin.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
I dislike the product because it doesn't do what it claims to do. False advertising in my mind. It doesn't give you an erection like it claims. It just feels like moisturizer. I guess it works in a way because when I applied it heavily and vigorously rubbed my penis, I eventually got the same erection I get when I use vaseline or any type of body moisturizer. Pissed me off.
