No greasy after-effects!
Double cleansing (using an oil cleanser to dissolve sunblock, skin oils, and makeup followed by a foaming cleanser to clean off what the oil leaves behind) is very popular in skincare circles, and this cleansing oil is a great first step or can even be used alone! Some oil cleansers leave a greasy feeling that I can’t wait to wash away with a second cleanse, but this doesn’t. It actually feels almost like my dry skin is soaking it up as I massage it in, but then it emulsifies with the addition of warm water and rinses clean.

My go-to cleanser
I am very impressed with this cleanser and am now using it instead of my foaming face wash. The texture is an oil, but it's thick and easy to apply without dripping. It has a light, sort of spicy earthy scent that I really like. It feels wonderful when massaged into skin and wipes away easily. My skin feels soft and smooth afterwards without any dryness or tightness as I've come to expect with soap-style cleansers. The bottle is also huge and should last you a while. If you are new to oil cleansers, it can take a little getting used to as the technique is a bit different. Take your time using the product and massage it into your skin. It feels really nice if you lay a hot cloth on your skin for a minute or two before wiping it off. I typically use a soft cloth to wipe it off instead of washing in the sink to minimize build-up in the pipes. I used oil and cream cleansers for years, including drugstore brand like Jergens Face Cream and Ponds Cold Cream, and even made my own blends using castor oil and olive oil. I switched to foaming cleansers for convenience a while back but most are just too rough on my dry, sensitive skin, even ones formulated for my skin type. It feels like I've washed my face with Tide and a Brillo pad. So I've been looking to go back to an oil or cream cleanser and this is just right for me. I use this most evenings, but occasionally use the one gentle foaming cleanser I have if I need to remove waterproof sunscreen or am wearing unusually heavy makeup, or prior to applying a face masque. This combination really protects my skin from overcleansing and otherwise harsh products. Very highly recommended. This is an excellent product.

I absolutely love this oil!
I love Korean cosmetics and happy that found this oil! Definitely add it to my daily skin care routine because I fell in love with this! The bottle looks nicely designed, the oil smells good and the most important – cleans face perfectly! After a couple of uses I can admit my black heads are waaay smaller! I can see the difference. Just make sure you use barely warm water (not hot) when you wash off the oil from your face. I am very impressed with this product and recommend it to you!

Super gentle facial cleanser
This cleansing oil is super gentle. I like to use it in my double cleansing in the evening. I wear a lot of sunscreen throughout the day I want those people who reapply every few hours no matter what I’m doing so it can be a little tough getting it all off my skin, so I like to start off with this oil cleanser Which is super super nourishing non-stripping once I’m finished with this and then going with my daily cleanser just so you know get rid of everything has no sense it’s made out of sunflower seed, oil, jojoba, oil, and squalane. I have noticed that since using this cleanser every evening before, using my foaming facial wash, my skin texture has greatly benefited from it. My skin is no longer parched or dry out. I will continue to use this every evening. This is a skin care staple for me now

Love this cleanser!
Initially I wasn't sure what to make of an oil cleanser, though one of my friends has used one for years and she loved it. This is very similar in application to micellar water, so it's really easy to use. I found that it removed makeup just as easily as micellar water, and left my skin so nice and soft. Makes it easy to remove sunscreen
This cleansing oil smells fresh. It’s a smell that reminds me of dish soap. I don’t usually wear makeup, but I do use sunscreen. On top of that, this is a hot and dry summer, so my face requires a quality post-outdoors face wash. It just made sense to me that I could best wash off the sunscreen and moisturize my face with a cleansing oil. This particular cleansing oil gets the job done.

Works well.
I really like this 6.76 oz bottle of deep cleansing oil. It dissolved all my makeup with one pump. The pump works really well and even has a detachable plastic lock (see photo). I mention this because the lock is great for traveling with no worries of spillage. The oil is 80% plant based with Sunflower Seed Oil being the first ingredient. It has a very mild citrus scent that does not linger. It did not leave my face feeling greasy when rinsed, but very soft.

Take some time to get use to it
Is definitely a unique concept of face wash , being is oil based . The face wash itself doesn’t foam as much as the standards . I apply a few pumps all over my face after using hot towel to steam my face a little , it helps to open up pores. Then just message all over , once finish, using hot moist tower to wipe it off. If does feels clean and I think is great for dry and normal skin type. . Is definitely different and take some time to get use to it.

Skin cleansing oil
I was skeptical after putting this on because it really made my face look like I had just smeared olive oil all over it. However it rinsed off fairly easy with warm water, and the result was smooth and clean, and all of the makeup and sunscreen that I had on before using it was gone. Oil-base makeup remover, gentle and effective
I mainly use this facial cleansing oil to remove my eye makeup. Simply pump out a proper amount of it on cotton rounds, wait until it got saturated and then carefully wiped across skin. It takes away makeup residue within few wipes, then I continued with none-soap facial cleanser to clean my face thoroughly. This facial cleansing oil is good at capturing any impurities from skin, meanwhile the oil-based texture hydrates skin throughout the process. Would recommend giving it a try!

Works with a single wash
The VVBETTER Gentle Deep Korean Cleansing Oil for Face takes it all off. I usually have to double wash to remove my makeup and sunscreen. This cleaning oil removes it all without stripping my skin with one wash. I pump the needed amount in my hand then gently rub it into my skin. I dampen my fingers then gently rub again then washing it off with a damp cloth. This works great!

This cleansing oil has a nice subtle citrus scent, at least to my nose, but either way i love the scent, it’s not overpowering either. The pump works great, is easy to push and drops out the perfect amount, not too much and not too little. It did great at cleaning off makeup, even my eyeliner and mascara, as well as my sunscreen. It does say to shake it before using, so I shook well before using. It also left my skin feeling a bit softer. I have dry, sensitive skin and had no redness, burning, itching, or any other negative reactions while cleansing or even hours later. From the date of my review, mine has an expiration date of March 2026.

If you are accustomed to oil cleansers this is probably a wonderful choice. I am used to foaming, exfoliating cleansers so this was just too different for me to get used to using. Just a personal preference, but I will stick to foaming cleansers. I'm happy I was able to try this though, because now I know this isn't my jam.
