The shipment time was way too long. They need to have a warehouse in the USA. I would never have ordered the pitcher I did if I had know it would take almost 2 months to receive the filters. The filters do an excellent job.
Used with the pitcher purchased separately, it filters out a large quantity of water. But doesn't filter out PFAS.
What some think is an expiration date is actually the date of production. These filters last a long time with no change in taste and no odor or any mildew. Worth the money.
The Aquaphor products are excellent. Keeps water fresh and clean tasting for three months! However in this case the shipment was a month late & I was told to apply for a refund. With much difficulty that got done only to have the shipment arrive next day with both outer *and inner* boxes smashed open, in totally unacceptable condition and, guess what, *no refund*! Thanks for another fiasco and waste of time, Amazon. I'll stick with Targer - so much easier!
I ordered 3 packs of Aquaphor filters on May 15, 2023. They are expired effective 02/02/2023.

These work extremely well in my new water pitcher and really make a difference in the taste of water. Also, they seem to stay a lot cleaner and filter properly compared to other brands that I have tried. I really like the change.
Makes all water taste better helps with tea and coffee tastes better. And with old pipes in the house its a must to keep fresh filters!
Brought product December 2023, expiration date on box is June 27, 2023. Useless. Will nor buy again.
