This is not REF. I bought this same bottle before buying this one and this is not the same product. The texture, smell and effects of the product do not match the original. I am requesting a refund.
I've experimented with numerous shampoos over the years, but REF Intense Hydration Shampoo stands out. It consistently works wonders on my thin yet abundant, wavy hair. Say goodbye to dry and split ends—this shampoo has proven to be my go-to, leaving my hair looking and feeling incredible.
I just adore any REF product, and this is no exception. The fragrance is also very pleasing, I sniff my hair all day long when I use it haha
I love this brand! Rinses easily, does not weight it down my thick, fine hair.
I usually buy this at the Salon and this did not seem to be the same product. I agree with the other writer, The texture, smell and effects of the product do not match the original. NOT good
Great product , the whole series of REF products are good.
Been using this product and a few others from REF and like them very much!
My absolute favorite for my hair. GREAT stuff. My sister has curly hair and due to her job has to wash it daily and her hair is baby soft with this stuff, every day
Best I have found. Untangles, softens, gives hair body, and brilliant shine.
I love this product
Great product, would definitely recommend.
Great product, and high-quality and love the smell most of all.
The product is amazing. I’ve used it the last couple of years and I love this brand REF. The seller however did a really crappy job for shipping it. The top of the bottle was damaged in shipping and the contents exploded in the packaging.
Very good product. Had problems with shipping and leakage.
Good price excellent product
Recommended by salon and this is a must have!! Smells great and great with extensions
Love that this is bigger than what I get at the salon and lower price!
This has been the savior for my processed hair. I have some damaged hair from my obsessive need to change my look every time I have money and am bored. My hair stylist used this on my hair once about a year ago and I have been hooked since. It leaves my hair feeling VERY soft, hydrated, and smelling IMPECCABLE. My hair also looks so much more healthy since I’ve been using this and has grown significantly. It’s for sure worth the money, I just wish it wasn’t so expensive.
Nice
LOVE IT!!! REF
My very coarse, very long hair feels silky smooth every time.
I used to get this at my local salon until they decided to move the distribution to TX. I was so happy to find it here!
At a certain age my hair texture change and became dry and reacted poorly to humidity. My hair dresser recommended this product. It works! My hair is silky and soft again.
Excelente produto!
Great smell and hydrates very well.
Love this conditioner. My nieces have long thick hair…works wonders. I have very thin hair so a pinch works wonders for me as well
I have used the product for years, purchased from a salon. I love it. Unfortunately it arrived with product on the exterior of the bottle. The pump does not work. I will be returning and hopefully exchanging. It looks and smells the same as what I have been using. I purchased the shampoo separately as well and it also arrived with dried product on the outside of the container.
But the bottle came in less than half full..
My stuff was ftozen
I don’t know if I got a bad one but the conditioner does nothing for my hair it doesn’t soften it all. I can’t even untangle my hair with it.
Does shampoo was advertised as being 23 ounces for $40 and that was expensive, but would arrived was 8 ounces! Absolutely ridiculous
