This is not REF. I bought this same bottle before buying this one and this is not the same product. The texture, smell and effects of the product do not match the original. I am requesting a refund.

The product is amazing. I’ve used it the last couple of years and I love this brand REF. The seller however did a really crappy job for shipping it. The top of the bottle was damaged in shipping and the contents exploded in the packaging.

This has been the savior for my processed hair. I have some damaged hair from my obsessive need to change my look every time I have money and am bored. My hair stylist used this on my hair once about a year ago and I have been hooked since. It leaves my hair feeling VERY soft, hydrated, and smelling IMPECCABLE. My hair also looks so much more healthy since I’ve been using this and has grown significantly. It’s for sure worth the money, I just wish it wasn’t so expensive.

I have used the product for years, purchased from a salon. I love it. Unfortunately it arrived with product on the exterior of the bottle. The pump does not work. I will be returning and hopefully exchanging. It looks and smells the same as what I have been using. I purchased the shampoo separately as well and it also arrived with dried product on the outside of the container.
But the bottle came in less than half full..

I don’t know if I got a bad one but the conditioner does nothing for my hair it doesn’t soften it all. I can’t even untangle my hair with it.
Does shampoo was advertised as being 23 ounces for $40 and that was expensive, but would arrived was 8 ounces! Absolutely ridiculous
