Used It All—And I’d Definitely Repurchase
I wanted to wait until I was almost completely done with the Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream Mist before writing a review because I really wanted to see how it performed over time—and I’m honestly glad I did. This mist has been such a reliable part of my skincare routine. It’s super hydrating without feeling heavy or sticky, and it gives my skin an instant boost of moisture whenever I use it. I’ve used it in different ways—after cleansing, before moisturizer, and even throughout the day when my skin felt dry—and it always made my skin feel more comfortable right away. What I really appreciate is how soothing it feels. On days when my skin felt a little irritated or dull, this mist helped calm everything down and gave my face a more refreshed, healthy look. It layers well with other skincare too and never messed with my makeup or caused pilling. Completely fragrance free! Finishing the bottle really helped me realize how consistently I reached for it. I didn’t just use it occasionally—I used it often, sometimes multiple times a day, which says a lot for me. Overall, this is one of those products that quietly becomes essential. It’s simple, effective, and genuinely hydrating. I’ll definitely be repurchasing and keeping it in my routine.

Excellent Hydrating Mist for Extremely Dry Skin — Just Be Careful Where You Spray It
I’m 52 and post-menopausal, with dry and increasingly sensitive skin, and when my skin barrier gets compromised it can take a while to bring things back into balance. I recently returned from a month-long trip where the climate was extremely dry, and by the time I got home my skin was noticeably dehydrated and uncomfortable. I wanted something that would deliver hydration quickly and easily without requiring a full routine every time. That’s what led me to try the Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream Mist, and it ended up being exactly the kind of product I was looking for. What makes this mist different from many facial sprays is that it actually behaves more like a lightweight moisturizer in mist form rather than just a refreshing water spray. The formula feels substantial enough to give the skin real relief when it’s dry, but it’s still easy to apply quickly across larger areas. One of the reasons I purchased it was because I wanted something I could apply easily across my body as well as my face when my skin was feeling extremely dry. It works very well for that purpose. The mist distributes evenly and leaves the skin feeling immediately more comfortable and hydrated. The formula contains rice extract and soothing ingredients, and the overall effect on the skin is calming rather than overly active. When my skin was feeling tight and depleted, this helped restore some softness and flexibility very quickly. What I appreciate most is that this isn’t just a temporary refreshing mist. It actually adds a layer of moisture that helps the skin feel supported. My skin looked less dull and felt noticeably more comfortable after using it. One practical note that is worth mentioning: because the formula has moisturizing properties, it can leave a bit of residue if it lands on the floor, especially if you’re spraying it on larger areas of the body. I found that the best way to apply it is in the shower or bathtub area, where you don’t have to worry about the floor becoming slippery. Once I adjusted how I applied it, it became a very convenient way to quickly hydrate my skin without needing to stop and apply lotion everywhere. Overall, this is a very well-designed hydrating mist, especially for anyone dealing with extremely dry or stressed skin. It delivers real moisture, helps calm the skin, and is incredibly easy to use when your skin needs quick relief. For anyone looking for a hydrating mist that actually functions like skincare rather than just a refresher, this is definitely worth trying.

Calming Skin Reset in a Bottle
This mist feels instantly soothing and hydrating, thanks to its lightweight cream-water formula. It helps calm redness, supports the skin barrier, and leaves skin soft, fresh, and dewy without feeling heavy or sticky. Perfect for a quick hydration boost throughout the day or over makeup. Great for sensitive, dry, or irritated skin.

Nice moisturizing mist for touch ups
The pros: - I like the mist applicator. - its a lightweight moisturizing mist that definitely gives me a bit of a glow. - i love it for everyday touch ups for when my skin is feeling dry Cons: - I dont think this is as moisturizing as it is being advertised. Again, it does give an extra layer of hydration but i would not really only on it for normal to dry skin - Expensive per oz. I need at least 6 sprays to feel it on my skin. Its been 2 weeks of using it once a week and I am already half way through the bottle

Moisturizing and EXTREMELY Glowy
This product is great for dry, sensitive skin. It hydrated all of my ezcema patches and soothed my red spots in THREE DAYS. It also created a great base for my makeup. This spray makes my base look so smooth and flawless. I carry this everywhere I go. Just spray it over my makeup and pat it in with a sponge to get rid of the cakey under eyes. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

Hydrating and soothing
This cream mist is great. It’s very hydrating and soothing. It has all the great ingredients to calm and hydrate sensitive skin. It’s inexpensive. Love that it has panthenol and aloe. My only issue is that it leaves my skin oily, not in a bad way, more of in a hydrating way, but it’s still too much oil for me. If you have very oily skin I don’t recommend. The bottle is plastic, I think it would be a more luxurious product if it was glass. I don’t get that much range from the nozzle so I have to spray really close to my face. I have combination skin, it hasn’t broken me out or irritated me in any way. I’m not sure how people are putting this on top of makeup. I personally would not recommend doing that especially if you have oily prone skin. Other than that this product is great.

BUY THIS PRODUCT (but don’t sell it out)
I struggle with texture and large pores. I have tried NUMEROUS creams, toners, aha, bha, tret, retinol, etc. I have NEVER had a product drastically change my skins appearance, bounciness, texture, and overall health as much as this has. I sincerely noticed a difference DAY ONE. If you can, absolutely try this product. It is worth the money plus some. I will buy this product until they do not make it anymore and at that time I shall cry.

Refreshing Mist for Instant Glow and Hydration
I really enjoy using this cream mist, especially when my skin feels dry or dehydrated. It gives my skin a beautiful glow, feels refreshing, and provides a quick boost of hydration whenever I need it. I love keeping it nearby for a quick refresh throughout the day. It’s not a miracle product, but it does exactly what I expect from a hydrating mist and makes my skin feel more comfortable.

CAUSES ACNE
I have sensitive skin and this mist gave me acne. I have not had a single break-out for many months until adding this product to my routine. I will never buy one of their products again. What a shame and waste of money, unfortunately.

Original?
I loved it too much, apart from the fact that it is 100% original because in other Korean brands, well, where I buy them, some come cloned and are not original, but this is what many people are looking for, originality.

Great layering between makeup
Great to use when layering with makeup. But on a normal day with no makeup, it leaves my oily skin way too tacky n shiny. I have oily skin n live in a humid climate area. Not great to use if I just wanna refresh my face. But as layering between my makeup, it blends it out wonderfully!

Like it
It’s a good facial spray. Ordered with the relief cream. It has a refreshing feeling, so that’s nice. I can’t say that I’ve seen much of a difference with my combo skin in the last couple weeks using the product. Works well under minimal makeup (rhode highlighter or lumi glotion, blush, bronzer etc) no pilling.

Leaves residue feeling
I like this brand so I thought I'd try this mist but it leaves a weird film or layer over my skin. Kind of makes my skin feel dirty? I'm not a fan of the feeling so I wouldn't repurchase.

Extremely fine mist - not moisturizing
The mist is reaaaally fine and it does not leave your skin feeling moisturized at all, almost immediately dry right after usage (and this is me spraying like 20 times all over my face).
