Great supplement
Effective, good quality product from a well respected and reputable brand. I use it together with my protein shake, though once I tried it in my coffee too. It is easy to use, has no particular smell or taste and it mixes well; there is no lumpiness or powdery taste. The tub comes with a small scoop, which corresponds the size of the recommended dosage, Since the recommended dosage is small in volume, the tub lasts a long time, therefore I consider it a value for money. I stick to the recommended dosage and no more, and I experienced no stomach pains or any other adverse reactions. The first time I used it in a shake I had a half before and half after my swim workout. It is amazing how much more energy it gave me and I literally needed no post swim recovery time, which I normally do. I think this is a great supplement not only for the people who work out but also for those who want to maintain their energy levels and preserve the muscle mass they already have and which everyone is losing with age. It makes me feel good so I intend to continue using it and I certainly do recommend it.

Solid performance boost, mixes easily
I’ve been using the Optimum Nutrition Micronised Creatine Powder for a couple of months, and it’s become a key part of my workout routine. The micronised texture makes it really easy to mix into water or shakes without clumping, which is a huge improvement over some older creatine powders I’ve tried.

Just the ticket
Still only half way through what's in the container, when I've been using every day now for three months. Good value.

Good quality creatine
I’ve been using this creatine consistently for a few weeks, and I’m really impressed. It mixes well with water or protein shakes without affecting the taste, and I haven’t experienced any stomach discomfort. I’ve noticed improved strength during workouts and better recovery afterward. The unflavoured powder is convenient, and the large tub offers great value with plenty of servings. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality creatine supplement.

Buen producto. Buen precio

Product not as described
The first photo on this product shows capsules, as does the description showing serving amount as "200". In fact what was delivered is the powder version with only 93 servings. Looking again, the description includes both capsules and powder which is confusing. I'll be ordering elsewhere next time so I know what I'm getting.
