Amazing Cream!
As a dedicated skincare enthusiast, especially when it comes to Korean skincare, I’m always on the lookout for products that offer multi-functional benefits while addressing specific skin concerns. Enter the Dr.Althea 345 Relief Cream, which promises to be a daily face moisturizer with blemish relief care and soothing recovery. After using this for a few weeks, I’m excited to share my experience with it—because, let me tell you, this product delivers! Packaging & Presentation: Dr.Althea’s packaging is sleek, modern, and luxurious, as expected from a premium Korean skincare brand. The 345 Relief Cream comes in a sturdy, minimalist white tube with a metallic twist cap that adds a touch of elegance to your skincare routine. I appreciate the simple, clean look. Ingredients & Formula: What immediately drew me to the Dr.Althea 345 Relief Cream is its thoughtful formulation that focuses on both hydration and skin recovery. The “345” refers to the core ingredients in the formula: 3 soothing ingredients, 4 brightening ingredients, and 5 barrier-strengthening ingredients—a combination designed to heal, hydrate, and protect the skin. The star ingredients include: Centella Asiatica (Cica): Known for its calming and healing properties, Cica is a staple in Korean skincare for treating acne, redness, and inflammation. It’s great for soothing irritated skin. Niacinamide: A well-loved ingredient in K-beauty, niacinamide helps to brighten the skin, even out skin tone, and reduce the appearance of blemishes. I could feel this ingredient working as my skin became noticeably clearer, and hyperpigmentation from previous breakouts started to fade. Madecassoside: Another active derived from Centella Asiatica, madecassoside is renowned for its anti-inflammatory properties and ability to enhance the skin’s healing process. It’s fantastic for calming the skin after exposure to irritants or harsh weather. The combination of these powerhouse ingredients makes it a perfect product for blemish-prone or sensitive skin. It’s designed to soothe, hydrate, and restore your skin barrier while helping to fade post-acne marks and reduce inflammation. Texture & Application: The texture of the Dr.Althea 345 Relief Cream is fairly thin and gel like without being overly heavy or greasy. It does feel luxurious upon application, but it sinks into the skin surprisingly quickly, leaving behind a soft, dewy finish and no stickiness. My skin feels plumped and hydrated, but not oily, which is something I always look for in a daily moisturizer—especially when my skin is sensitive. There really isn't a fragrance which I love as that can sometimes irritate my skin. It also doesn't leave any sticky residue, so I’ve found that it works well under makeup as a hydrating base. The soothing feeling is immediate and long-lasting, which is ideal if you have inflamed or sensitive skin like me. Effectiveness & Results: This is where the Dr.Althea 345 Relief Cream really shines. After using it consistently for a few weeks, I noticed a significant improvement in the overall texture and clarity of my skin. Here's what I observed: Soothing & Calming: My skin is prone to redness, especially around my cheeks, and this cream really helped to calm it down. The combination of Cica and Madecassoside worked wonders to reduce inflammation, making my skin feel less reactive and more balanced. Hydration: My skin feels hydrated and plump all day long. This cream provides enough moisture without feeling greasy, and it gives my skin a natural glow. Barrier Protection: My skin barrier is often compromised when I use active ingredients like acids or retinoids, but the Dr.Althea 345 Relief Cream helped to restore my skin’s protective barrier. After using this cream, my skin feels healthier and more resilient, and I’ve experienced fewer reactions to other products in my routine. Final Thoughts: As a skincare junkie who’s constantly exploring new products, I can confidently say that the Dr.Althea 345 Relief Cream is a fantastic find. It’s a multi-functional moisturizer that not only hydrates but also helps to soothe, protect, and brighten your skin. I especially love how it targets redness making it an excellent option for those with sensitive or acne-prone skin. Its gentle, non-greasy texture, combined with powerful ingredients like Centella Asiatica and Niacinamide, makes it suitable for daily use—whether you’re dealing with acne, irritation, or just looking for a reliable, calming moisturizer. It’s perfect for anyone in need of a soothing recovery cream that does more than just hydrate. If you have sensitive, reactive skin or are dealing with breakouts and need something to help calm and repair your skin barrier, I highly recommend giving this cream a try. It’s now a staple in my routine and one of the few products I can trust to keep my skin in check without causing any irritation. Would I repurchase? Absolutely! Dr.Althea has definitely won me over with this one.

10/10 face moisturizer!! Buy it!!
This is the 3rd time I have bought this moisturizer. I shifted from medical grade skincare to Korean skincare, and after a lot of trial and error trying to find the perfect moisturizer, I landed on the Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream. Landing on this one came with a lot of TikTok scrolling! I have acne prone skin, so finding a moisturizer has always been a little challenging. This cream checks all the boxes. It is deeply moisturizing and the consistency of the product doesn't feel heavy or greasy on the skin. It absorbs really well and has genuinely helped calm my breakouts and redness instead of clogging my pores. It also gives you a nice glow without looking too shiny. The only downside for me is the packaging. It comes in a metal tube, which looks nice but makes it difficult to squeeze out every last drop of product when you get toward the end. But the formula is too good that I keep buying it. I also think the price point for the product is higher than other Korean moisturizer brands but it is definitely cheaper than medical grade and works well or if not better, so I will definitely keep buying it.

Hydrating without feeling heavy
I ordered this on Amazon and have been using it for a few weeks. I really like the texture of this cream it’s lightweight, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t leave my skin feeling oily or sticky. It feels soothing and gives my skin a nice amount of hydration. I have acne-prone skin, and so far it hasn’t caused any major breakouts for me. I like using it when my skin feels dry or irritated because it feels gentle and comfortable. However, I don’t think it’s a product that will completely transform your skin overnight. It’s more of a good everyday moisturizer that helps keep your skin hydrated and calm. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase and would consider buying it again.

Great for acne prone skin
I’ve really been enjoying this moisturizer! I have acne prone skin, so trying new products always makes me nervous, but this one hasn’t caused any breakouts or irritation at all. It feels soothing on my skin and layers well with the rest of my skincare routine. The texture is very lightweight and absorbs almost instantly, which I do like. My only complaint is that because it’s so thin and sinks in so quickly, I find myself using quite a bit of product to cover my face and neck. Sometimes it absorbs so fast while I’m applying it that I end up needing more just to finish moisturizing. Overall, it’s a great moisturizer, especially if you prefer lightweight formulas and have acne prone skin. I just wish it had a little more slip or richness so a smaller amount would go a bit further.

It’s working…but not by itself.
I was using this for a bit when I bought it and wasn’t seeing great results. However, I modified things a bit and not only had my redness gone down, my skin feels so smooth and healthy. I’m 44 years old and this is what I find works for me: 1) Oil cleansing with those disposable face cleaning cloths to remove makeup. 2) Follow with a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil. 3) Witch hazel afterwards on an exfoliating cotton pad. This gets the makeup off and dead cells. 4) Apply the 345 cream 5) Follow with a beef tallow cream before bed. I find that all these steps remove buildup, tone, moisturize and lock in my skin and it feels so much healthier. I use cream based makeup so if my skin isn’t smooth then it can look patchy. Also don’t forget to WASH your makeup brushes. All in all, I’m ordering more of the 345 cream because it’s a light moisturizer that’s not too hard on my skin and a great addition to my routine!

Good cream
This is my favorite face cream. It has a lightweight texture that isn’t sticky or greasy, absorbs beautifully, and leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft and smooth. It provides great hydration without feeling heavy, making it comfortable to wear both day and night. I also appreciate that it doesn’t have a strong or weird scent. My only complaint is the metallic packaging. As I got to the end of the tube, it became difficult to squeeze out the remaining product, and I felt like I couldn’t use every last bit. Considering how expensive this cream is, I wish the packaging made it easier to get all of the product out. Even with that drawback, the formula is excellent and keeps my skin feeling hydrated and healthy. I would absolutely buy it again.

Consistent use will show you results
I swapped to this cream after using a tub of the medicube jelly moisturizer when i felt i needed something a bit different. After doing my double cleanse, i either swap from using my active skin repair gel or the medicube acne toner pads (these i use once or twice a week max) I'll layer this moisturizer on top of it and I can definitely feel the difference. It's hard not to want to touch my skin because of how soft it feels, but it definitely encourages me to be more consistent with my products. It's fragrance-free which is a plus for my sensitive nose. A little goes a long way so depending on how much you use will vary per person. If I use it in the morning I'll use a small dollop a little bigger than a pea, but if i use it at night, i'll use a bit more to give myself that extra healing i need. Overall, it's a wonderful product for my skin, depending on how my skin reacts to it, I'll most likely buy it again.

Worth It for Post-Acne, Just Wish the Packaging Was Better
I’ve repurchased this cream a few times now (I think I’m on my 6th or 7th tube at this point), so that should tell you how much I rely on it. Everyone markets it as an acne treatment, and while it does help, I’ve personally found it works even better on post-acne marks — my skin looks noticeably more even after consistent use. The texture, the smell, the way it lays on the skin, honestly everything about the formula itself is great. My only real complaint is the tube. It’s genuinely uncomfortable to use — I always feel like there’s a good amount of product left stuck inside that I just can’t get out no matter how much I squeeze. I’ve even tried cutting it open to get to the rest, which says a lot about how much I don’t want to waste it. If they fixed the packaging, this would be a solid 5 stars easily.

Promising.
It absorbed well and I'm pretty sure had a positive effect on my skin barrier right from the get go (2 uses so far)! I'm male and have observed redness and other symptoms of a compromised skin barrier from topical tretinoin use. Quite promising. Pros: I really like the packaging (both tube and the box it comes in), superb ingredient list, made in korea (from my understanding this is a major plus) and again, I have observed benefits from just 2 uses so far with no noticeable irritation. Why the 4 stars: Admittedly I did not give it time before I applied my sunscreen today, but it pilled/flaked and overall applied on quite poorly. I'll do a better job tomorrow and hopefully it works out. The other reason is that I just haven't tried it on consistently long enough to report on long term effects. I will keep it in mind to update this review to better reflect longer term use because I do like this product. Feels like a win so far.

345 facial cream
absolutely love this 345 facial cream! It has a lightweight texture that absorbs quickly without feeling greasy. My skin feels soft, hydrated, and looks healthier after using it consistently. It’s gentle on my sensitive skin and hasn’t caused any irritation. I also love that it leaves my face feeling fresh all day. I would definitely recommend this cream to anyone looking for a great moisturizer

Have my clear skin back!
I’ve been dealing with hormonal acne in my thirties. I finally decided maybe less was more after I saw this cream on a YouTube video about simple skin care. I’ve been using this an a sulfur bar soap at night, only splash my face with water in the morning then reapply this cream and my skin is glowing, acne scars and fading and it’s so smooth. I’m really shocked actually but so relieved to have my skin back!

Amazing
I will never use any other skincare line again. I had deep acne scarring on my cheeks, huge pores, rosacea on my chin. It's all almost entirely gone after a month of consistent use. I have dry skin + psoriasis and it's so hard finding hydrating products. If you have oily skin this might not be the line for you. That aside, people weren't kidding. This stuff really does heal scars and it keeps acne away!

Achieve glass skin goals
I’ve wanted to try this face cream for a while and finally got around to giving it a try. I just got this a couple days ago and already has my skin looking soo much better! I was skeptical buying it because I have tried a lot of things people swear by on TikTok that have not worked for me. This cream has my skin looking like glass skin more than anything else I have used so far, and it has made my acne scars and pick marks look more even with my skin texture and skin tone. I highly recommend this face cream even if you don’t struggle with post acne marks it is soo hydrating and will have your skin looking so good like glass skin. I will always recommend this to anyone looking to find a new face moisturizer.

Wonderful face cream
I have very sensitive skin and am prone to getting pimples/bumps, so products that I try are a hit and miss situation. I was really intrigued with Dr. Althea’s products, specifically this relief cream. It was discounted for Prime Days and I decided to try it along with the 345 spray and serum. I have stayed consistent to this product since receiving it and the rest of the products and I absolutely love them, especially the cream. It provides the perfect amount of moister without being too slippery. The serum is not too oily and the spray is refreshing. Really enjoy using this product and it makes my skincare routine a lot more fun. Give it a try!

Moisturizer honest opinion
The moisturizer isn’t thick . It’s white and doesn’t have a scent to it. It hydrates my skin and leaves it really glowy. I love that it isn’t greasy. The packaging is good but ipthere can be a lot of product left even when you think you already finished it. My skin absorbs it easily . It’s great for sensitive or oily skin. I feel like this works in almost every skin type. My skin has never looked better after using this product !

Highly Recommend!
I absolutely love this cream. It's lightweight, no fragrance, my skin glows when I wear it. For me personally, it wears really well under my IL Makiage foundation. The moisture is good and it does not irritate my skin, it in fact has helped me skin. The consistency is a cream gel like texture in my opinion. Will definitely be repurchasing again and again! It also helped me with my skin after my microneedling facial.

Excellent Cream, Weak Packaging
I’ve really enjoyed using the Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream. It’s lightweight, absorbs quickly, and provides great hydration without feeling greasy, making it a great choice for oily skin. It leaves my skin feeling calm, moisturized, and comfortable, and it layers well with the rest of my skincare routine. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the packaging. The tube became damaged around the nozzle during use, making it harder to dispense the product and a bit messy. The cream itself is excellent, so I just wish the packaging was more durable. Overall, I’d still recommend it, especially for anyone with oily or combination skin.

Miracle cream
Idk what’s in this but I’ve gone through 4 tubes already and have had not a single complaint. I don’t think I’ve ever in my life completed a moisturizer. This stuff cleared my skin and seems to help acne clear up faster (not sure if that part is placebo). I love that it doesn’t feel greasy, smell, or sting. It leaves my skin looking so even when being used consistently.

I work fast food so it’s hard to find good products that’ll keep my skin clear but this one is by far the best product I’ve ever tried. However I will say that they put a lot of product in such a tiny tube so when I open it, it constantly comes out which I don’t like bc it is such a good product and I don’t want to waste any of it.

A true treat of luxury, and my face absolutely loves it!
By far the best thing I have ever put on my face. Goes on easily and SO SO soft and luxurious without being too thick. It's perfect. My skin is so soft and it glows. I use it a.m. and p.m. with other products, and it's fabulous. I'm in my late 50's and it's a game changer for me. I was using Il Makiage Power Lift Plumping creme for years, which I still really like, but this is better IMO - absorbs better but still provides that fresh glow, and I especially love that it doesn't come in a heavy glass-like container like the Il Makiage.
