HQ, effective product. Lasts so long b/c only use a small amount. Put on towel-dried hair & leave in
To me, there is not a finer conditioner. This conditioner is so good, leaving my thin hair soft, smooth, healthy, and better moisturized, as my hair is too dry by default without this. I like that PM does not test on animals either, and I have been using it for many years. The ingredients are quality, and the bad stuff found in cheap conditioners is left out. After one's hair is washed and towel dried, that is when this product is applied. I have all one length hair more or less that goes more than halfway down my back and I only need to use about a dime-sized dollop. For shorter hair, only a tiny amount is needed--a little goes a long way which is nice. This is very effective conditioner, leaving the hair with more shine and flow. I don't use anything but PM Shampoo One and this conditioner. For the ultimate luxury in razor shaving, try using this in place of your shaving foam for an exceptionally smooth shave on the face. Though this product, and other PM products, tend to cost more per ounce than grocery store brands, I end up using so much less, whether with their shampoo, and especially with their conditioner, and I actually think it saves me money because the bottles last me so much longer than the cheap brands. The quality and effectiveness of those cheap products just don't come close to PM.

Nice hydration - good for fly-away static
I have PM Shampoo One, and a conditioner from PM that smells a bit like coconut. Both of those work well with my hair. I have also tried PM's mousse and it does okay but tends to give me fly-aways as it dries my hair out a bit. That's why I ordered this - for the winter fly-aways/static that drives me crazy. I have super baby fine thinner hair that is shiny and healthy but it gets static so easily. The first time I used it, I shampoo'd and conditioned my hair, towel dried, and then added just a tiny pea-sized amount to the mid to ends of my hair. I blew dried my hair and it did pretty well. However, I had better results when I shampoo'd and didn't condition my hair. I towel dried and applied about a nickel sized amount from mid to ends and worked it in well, then brushed with my Wet Brush. After I blew dried my hair, it looked shiny, felt soft, and wasn't weighted down or greasy looking. I think those times when it's cold outside and dry inside and I need some extra hydration, I'd use a conditioner in the shower and then apply a bit more of this before blow drying. But on 'normal' days, not using a conditioner and applying this after blow drying would work great. It's a blue color. The scent is ... well ... not sure. There's a part of it that smells like powder but there's an underlying scent to it that I don't like. I don't mind the 'old lady' powder of it (and I'm a grandma but I don't want to smell like an old grandma!) but whatever other underlying scent is there is not to my liking so much. The good news is that it doesn't stick around and bother me once I've blow dried my hair and gone on about my business. I'd reorder.

Paul Mitchell The Conditioner - Definitely worth adding to your hair care routine!
I just started using Paul Mitchell Leave-In Conditioner, and it has quickly become one of my favorite hair products. It leaves my hair feeling incredibly soft, smooth, and manageable without weighing it down. What impresses me most is that the softness lasts for days, even between washes. It helps reduce frizz, makes detangling much easier, and gives my hair a healthy, hydrated feel. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts quite a while. If you're looking for a leave-in conditioner that provides lasting softness and moisture, I highly recommend giving this one a try.

Dedicated User. Daily user for over a decade.
The only Hair Conditioner I have used for over a decade. I love it. It's meant to be a leave-in, but I immediately use it after shampooing my hair. I use the the remaining bit on my face, neck and arms. I wash the excess out of my hair. I reapply a pea-dime sized drop depending in the length of my hair after towel drying. This is also the only moisturizer I've ever really used for my body and it's worked great. A bottle this size lasts me over a year, and that is with 1-2 showers a day and wash my hair.

Great for giving a natural look
I've been using this product for more than twenty years... When my hair is air drying , I put just a little bit in the palm of my hand maybe half the size of a dime.. Work through from roots to ends and then blow dry.. Definitely , gives some moisture and without feeling heavy or greasy.

Love it
I only use a tiny amount, about a 1/4 tsp, rub my hands or fingers together and distribute through my damp hair, leave in and either air dry or blow dry. Makes hair easy to comb, shiny and soft. Smells nice, too.

Awesome but overpriced
I love this conditioner for my fine, wavy, tangled hair I'd give it 4 stars. The cost for the size is bad. Had I realized how small this was I would not have bought it. It costs less at a salon.

Problems with new design
I have used this product for a long time and the product itself is still good. Two things have changed: The thickness of the conditioner is thicker and will no longer go through my shower dispenser. The newly designed bottle is very hard to squeeze with my 82 year old hands. The old, skinnier, thinner plastic bottle was easier to squeeze. Seems like a small matter, but when you're old, it matters.

This leave-in conditioner is sooo good.
After the first use of this leave in conditioner, I threw the other two I was using in the trash. This product is amazing. It reminds me of one I used years ago sold at Ulta. I have been trying different products over the past 6 years. And luckily, I don’t have to waste money anymore.

Pleasantly surprised
Let me start off by saying, I did not have high hopes for this leave in conditioner. But it has exceeded my expectations. I honestly thought it was for caucasians. I was so wrong. It is for anyone even chocolate people. Ladies if you have textured hair like I do please try this you won't be disappointed. The slip is unreal. You can thank me later.

This is “leave-in”conditioner!
The hair conditioner was great, but I wasted an awful lot of it because I never read a small print on the back of the bottle that says that it’s “leave- in” conditioner. I’m also curious about the spike and the price I bought this first in 2025 and it was $3.75. Now it’s $9.75 that would be a lot more inflation than there is.

Disappointing Product and Strong Smell
I was really disappointed with this leave-in conditioner. It arrived open and leaking, which was frustrating right from the start. The smell was also a big downside for me ,it has a strong tree pollen type scent that I really didn’t like. More importantly, it did absolutely nothing to moisturize my hair. I expected much better based on the brand’s reputation, but this product did not live up to the hype at all.

WASTE OF MONEY
It would have been nice if it came out of the bottle, but I couldn't get a drop out. It was all caked in solid. What a waste of my money,.

Good for my fine curly hair.
I have fine loose curls, I add a lot of the conditioner evenly and comb it through my hair when wet, it detangles my hair and gives it a lot of slip. I always use this for styling now

Not amazing
This conditioner didn't really make any difference to my hair, and I'm not fond of the smell. My hair was still frizzy and dry after using it. In my opinion, Biosilk is much better at softening and moisturizing my hair.

Great Conditioner, Horrible Bottle
It's a good product. I've only used it a handful of times so far, but the smell is good and makes my hair feel healthy. A main complaint I have is that it's impossible to squeeze. I have to station it between my hand and the sink counter, and only then will product come out. I didn't think it'd be nearly this difficult to get out any product. Overall, the conditioner itself is good, but it's impossible to use. Very discouraging aspect of this product.
