It arrived with more than 1" less quantity in the bottle. For a shampoo to cost $22 it is not for it to come with a lack of quantity, besides that it is very liquid, it seems that it was linked with water to dilute it, extremely watered down and absolutely NOT the same quality. This is NOT the same product that I purchased from my hairdresser.
Product is fine but the cap of bottle broke after being opened just 1 time. Please improve package quality.
I used to buy this product in Europe and the consistency was different from it . It is too liquid. I can’t say it is a bad shampoo but don’t understand why it is different.

It looks like water coming out and it was filled to the top when I opened it. It just makes me suspicious that someone diluted it with water. Update: I now have ordered the same shampoo from the Alfaparf site and it is thicker and not overflowing at the brim with water. I think the first one was tampered with.

Condition of product when delivered
I have used Alfaparfs (the white shampoo) and its fantastic because you only need a dime size and lathers and smells wonderfully. I decided to try this one because I have fine hair and am always looking for my hair to look thicker. Its VERY watery and has a horrible smell. Had to return. Will just continue to use the other one.
Disappointed in this shampoo. Hair was dry and lifeless. Used other Milan products I have likes but tuis definitely not one of them. Product reviewed said in was quite thin- very true.
Not worth the money
Ive used this line for many years in the past. Used to buy the huge bottle at $53. I don’t understand why same company, name at least, and the quality is no longer the same. Returning all three products. Plus the bottles look as if used already. Too watery and aweful fragrance.
This was the worst shampoo I have ever used. My stylist thinks the product was not shampoo. It completely dried out my scalp and caused dandruff. The return window closed before I had this product looked at. Buyer beware!

I was excited about the product however received it with a cracked lid and product missing from the bottle. Not happy as I work on a ship and am not able to return products as easily due to moving around.

THE BOTTLE LEAKED 1/4 OF ITS CONTENTS INTO ITS PLASTIC BAGGIE, PLUS, THE CHEMICAL AROMA OF THE SHAMPOO WAS HORRIBLE. SO, I AM TAKING A CHANCE AND ORDERING ANOTHER TYPE OF SHAMPOO, HOPING THAT THE ADVERTISED CITRUS, FLORAL SCENT WILL BE A MORE PLEASANT AROMA. I LOVED AN ALFAPARF SHAMPOO THAT I PREVIOUSLY HAD USED, WHICH WAS DESCRIBED AS A MAGNIFYING, VOLUMIZING SHAMPOO: IT WAS CREAMY, NOT CLEAR, AND SMELLED LOVELY AS WELL, WHICH IS AN IMPORTANT CHARACTERISTIC OF ANY SHAMPOO. .
For the price, I would expect better shampoo. Did not give much volume to my hair. The fragrance was nothing special, somewhat average, something you would find in a cheap product. On a positive side, a little drop is all that's needed for lather.
