Nozzle
Although, I’m going to have to re-order, because I love this product. No, this is not my first time ordering. I give it a one star because of the nozzle, the nozzle is made so cheaply, that it breaks easily, that once the nozzle doesn’t work there’s no way to use the product. I have a half a can left that I can’t use because the nozzle does not work and it’s clogged. Hence the one star review.

Great Scent BUT Does not Define Curls
The mousse has a wonderful scent but it stops there. Did not define my curls or give any volume. It is lightweight but don’t overuse as it does make your hair stiff

Knots!
I really REALLY liked this product as it gave me volume and control. However it makes my hair so knotty as I’m drying it that I have to cut out 2-3 painful knots each time I use it! I didn’t want to stop using it and was hoping the knots were being caused by something else eg blow dryer, brush, shampoo, conditioner etc. thus I experimented. It’s definitely the mousse. I’m so bummed. I color treat my hair but otherwise I have pretty unremarkable hair ie not perfectly smooth, not perfectly frizzy, not curly, not straight. I just style how I like and go to my salon 1x month.

Don't bother!
I have fine hair and was really looking forward to trying this conditioner, on the recommendation of my hairdresser. To be honest, I didn't like the foam and that is a completely personal preference but I would also say that, foam or not, it did not leave a 'conditioned' feeling to my hair. I appreciate that the aim is not to make the hair heavy, etc. but I have found much nicer light conditioners which have left my hair feeling soft, shiny and, well, 'conditioned'. What totally finished me off though was the bottle. For some reason the bottle/nozzle stopped working when I was about half way through and I couldn't get the rest of the product out. An experience never to be repeated!! A shame really as I have used other Alfaparf products and I have really liked them.

Good conditioner
Apply after washing your hair in the shower, and let it stay in for a few minutes before rinsing. This is very good for fine hair - not too heavy and helps with volume.

New formula
They have recently changed their formula and this is a new product. I haven't actually used this yet and am hoping that it works as well as the old formula which was a great styling aide and did not leave your hair sticky or flat.
