Worst shampoo and conditioner I’ve ever used

B fresh shampoo and conditioners are awful, they left my hair heavy, dry and tangled into a ball. I bought both shampoo and conditioner and used them twice, both times just awful results. I want to cut my hair due to how these products tangled my hair and I have shoulder lengthed hair. This is an example of false advertisement, this brand needs to get off the market. Whoever made them must just want to make women’s experience awful. Buyers be ware, worse shampoo and conditioner I’ve ever used in my life by far.

Horrible.

The smell of the shampoo is great it reminds me of strawberry shortcakes hair however the product is absolutely horrible. It leaves your hair extremely tangled, with a sticky residue, extremely frizzy, and in all honesty just unmanageable, especially for people with very long hair like me. I was very disappointed and will never use this product again.
