Old? Fake? Been through too much?

The shampoo texture was much thicker than previous bottles I’ve purchased and was difficult to get out of the bottle. The conditioner seemed normal. The packaging also arrived in poor condition, and the bottles were dirty on the outside. Because the consistency seemed different from past purchases, I was disappointed with this order.

Not REF Conditioner

After using this for a couple weeks I’m convinced this isn’t the REF Conditioner that I get from other Amazon sellers (for more money) and my hair stylist. It looks, feels and smells like cheap drug store conditioner and feels gross on my fine curly hair. Product quality is not there. I’ve returned this for a refund. I’ll just get it from my hair stylist from now on. The REF Shampoo I got from the same seller at the same time IS REF, however.

Product leaked out a good amount

I like the product but I spent a lot of money on this and the shampoo and both came to me with all the product leaking out. I lost a good amount of each product.
