Expired Product!!!!
The company that is selling this product is NOT authorized to do so, and what they are selling is expired! I received the product in a timely manner, but upon using it I noted that 1) the olor was greyish instead of the pale purple I am used to 2) it smelled like chemicals (normally it has a fantastic smell) and 3) made my hair frizzy which is the exact opposite of what this shampoo normally does for me hair. When I emailed the company about this, they assured me that they purchased straight from the manufacturer and that the formula had been changed. I then contacted the manufacturer directly and was told that the formula had NOT changed, that they only sell to salons to were not sure how this company received their product for re-sale and after reading the rep the lot number on the bottle, I was told that the shampoo had expired at least a year ago. The company selling this product has great prices but they are selling you bad product and aren't being honest about it. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

I like the product was recommended by my hair dresser. However the liquid is very thick and hard to extract out of the bottle, wish I had a pump with it.

My favorite shampoo
I love this shampoo, it provides moisture and makes my color treated hair feel soft, but doesn't weigh it down or make it limp. I think the company has diluted the product over the years as this one wasn't as thick as the last bottle I had, and the price keeps going up too! At least it lasts a long time.

WILD Untamed hair no more
I love this product. Just recently started using it, after going thru many many different products, to try to tame, my wild frizzy middle aged hair. My hair now is so soft, shiny and it has tamed down my frizz. I definately am sold on this product, I use the conditioner as well, and have no complaints.
