Smells exactly like bug spray! Seriously Will not be purchasing this particular one again, but works very well, refreshing feeling while lathering and rinses out effectively, absolutely no residue. Also, makes hair soft and shiny Paul Mitchell products are top notch, just not this one

I have been using Paul Mitchell Color Protect Shampoo for many years. It is very gentle and has a beautiful scent. It protects my color treated hair while adding a shine and preventing hair from tangling. I received a very expensive shampoo for Easter by another brand and was very disappointed. I strongly recommend Paul Mitchell Color Protect Shampoo to everyone.
My first time using this because I was tired of other shampoos stripping the color out with just one wash. After several washes, I love our. I also bought the leave in conditioner and you can't beat them both combined!
Good shampoo for color treated hair. Does suds up too much easy to rinse out.
Seems to keep my color in but burns if it gets in your eye.

Great shampoo! I have been using another brand of color protect shampoo for years that seemed to work pretty well. I decided to give Paul Mitchell a try after a stylist friend recommended it. I am impressed by how much better this product is at protecting my color from fading and am able to go a couple of weeks longer between touch ups! The shampoo smells nice, cleans well, but is not heavy and does not leave a residue. My hair feels soft and my style looks smooth.

I may not buy this again. It’s shampoo, it cleans your hair, but also stripped a lot of the color so I will be looking for something else. Any suggestions?

I love this shampoo, but for some reason I can only use it when I am not drying my hair. If I use it and then dry, it tangles my hair.

I seldom ever leave a bad review but this shampoo is absolutely horrible! Doesn’t lather up at all & leaves my hair so dry and brittle. If I could return I definitely would.
I used Paul Mitchell many years ago. This product is nothing like I remember. It is heavily perfumed. I didn’t use much shampoo and it stripped my hair immediately. After one use I’m returning this. Disappointed.

This makes your hair feel awful. I usually love paul Mitchell products, but this makes your hair feel grimy and sticky
