For Super Soft Hair with Shine
I was pleased with the light scent because I am allergic to heavily fragranced products. This makes my hair silky smooth and a little bit goes a long way. Consistency is good, not real thick and is easy to comb through hair. The consistency also makes it easy to pour some into travel size bottles. The spill proof top pops up to reveal a spout. It’s comes out quickly because it’s not thick and I usually end up with a lot more in my hand than I need. A high quality product that I recommend for silky shiny locks. If you have natural curl you can keep your curl without frizz. If you have straighter hair you will notice your hair catches the light. If you have highlights in your hair this product will make you sparkle.

Wow, just wow!! I bought this after buying the shampoo from my hairdresser. The conditioner is truly one of the best I have ever used and I have tried A LOT!!! It makes my hair silky and shiny. THIS IS NOT REAL
This is the same price as the salon. I have used this product for a long time due to having keratin treated hair. I stated using it when I purchased it from the salon and my hair was great- I used 2 bottles. I did not want to have to drive to the salon to get it so I used amazon. I got it and noticed it did not look the same or smell the same. After using it 2 times my hair was not as it should be. This is not the correct product

Great for my colored hair!
My hair stylist, Anthony, has been using these products on my hair at the salon, and my hair never looks better than when I come out of his care, so I bought some products for the house. I LOVE THEM ALL! Starting with this shampoo keeps the color bright and does a great job cleaning my hair. I feel like I have to use a little more than with other "sudsy" shampoos, but overall I love this product.

This stuff is amazing!! Helps my split ends, gets all the tangles out and leaves my hair feeling amazing and soft. Finally something that really works. Leave it in your hair for a few minutes before rinsing to get maximum results! Highly recommend!!

Frustrated
Love this product. The only thing I’m not happy with is they been sending me pumps and this doesn’t say it’s a pump. The pumps don’t fit on my selves. I wished I could get what i ordered and that they don’t leak when they ship.

Ridiculous price
The one thing that negates it's fairly good attributes is the price. This stuff is so overpriced it's ridiculous to buy. I'll buy Suave shampoo for $2.99 and it does the same job with the same results, except I'll have more money in my pocket.

Dried my hair out
I bought this product after my DIL told me she uses it. The conditioner feels luxurious while I'm in the shower, and it rinses well too. The first few times I used it, I could slide a comb through my freshly washed hair with ease. It never weighed down my hair or made it flat, but I did notice my hair starting to dry out. For the price of this product, it shouldn't be drying out my hair. My DIL was happy to take it off my hands.

not the real thingI'
I've bought this product 4 other times via amazon, and it was great- had the safety seal when it arrived, scent was as expected. this time, when I opened it, there was no safety seal, and the scent was off - kind of smelled like puddy/playdoh-ish. it was strange, and I had seen other reviews noting that this may not be the real thing, so I returned it.

Disappointed with packaging

Inner seal was missing
The conditioner product I have used for years and is great; however, when I received this bottle, the inner seal was missing and some of the product got on to the bottle during shipment. The shampoo and smoothing cream came with their inner seals but not the conditioner. This needs to be checked before shipment

Smooth shiny hair
My daughter and I have been using this Keratherapy shampoo and conditioner for a few weeks. She normally has dry, frizzy curls/waves, but this line really tames down the frizz and their smoothing cream helps straighten it. I have fine, limp hair that has a lot of bleach damage. I notice a huge difference in the smoothness and shine of my hair using this shampoo and conditioner. It does not weigh my hair down. Also, a small amount goes a long way so considering how long it lasts it really isn’t a bad price. Overall I would highly recommend this line if you have damaged hair. It is a great investment for the health of your hair.

bad packaging
I always wonder why would people choose to make packaging like this. The gel is quite thick and opening where it should flow from is very small. I have weak wrists so this was very difficult for me to use. I bought two by mistake and decided to keep the other one. The smell is not as pleasant as it describes and the final outcome is not what they claim.

I would not recommend ordering
This shampoo used to be amazing however with my latest order there is definitely something wrong with this shampoo. It is thick and the consistency is very strange. I would not recommend ordering it. My hair dried out and does exactly the opposite of what is should.

Not worth the money!!!
This was recommended by my hair stylist as a great shampoo to use to help keep my blonde pop over all. I have used both it and the conditioner twice and I can only say, not impressed with the shampoo or the conditioner especially for the price I paid!.
