SIMPLY THE BEST!!
I have been a Shampoo Junkie for over 30 years. When I get my haircut, I usually buy a new shampoo & conditioner. I have stopped those purchases and never looked back. I found a shampoo through a local salon that really works, and have received many compliments on my hair. There are no sulfates in this shampoo. I have spent over $50 for a shampoo, the worst purchase ever. I have natural curly hair, and I live in the South. That says it all. Originally from CO, and always had the best hair days ever!! This is great, light and smells amazing. Try it, you won't be disappointed!!

Omg! I have curly,dried somewhat longer hair that I bleach every 6 weeks. I have spent 1000”s on products and finally at 41 have found my forever products! This stuff is awesome! I use their shampoo,conditioner,then spray the leave in conditioner and use the thermal protection. My hair looks like a new head of hair! Full,soft,shiny, and cuticles are like gone! NOT REAL KERAtherapy
This is not the real product. I use this and know. I usually get it from the salon so I know- I have used it for a year. I was trying to save a drive to the salon I go to. The price is the same. It is terrible that people would do this. I have an expensive keratin treatment in my hair that has to have certain products

This is a knock off. Not the same as salon version
I have purchased this shampoo at a salon several times. Found it a little cheaper on Amazon but it is not the actual shampoo. It is thinner. It has an odd scent. It is the wrong color. Very disappointed.

New fave!! Hair no longer feels knotty and waxy after shampooing!
Using any shampoo over the last few years causes my hair to feel instantly waxy and become super knotted and tangled. Even after conditioning it still felt like it was covered in build-up or something, I couldn't figure it out. A new hairdresser filling in for my usual stylist figured it out - when I told her what was happening, she asked "Is there wax in your shampoo?". Uh, wut? I had NO IDEA there was even wax in shampoo, let alone a brand as good as Redken All Soft. Sure enough, it has dimethyicone! Also, the bottom layers of my hair are also pretty soft and healthy, but the top layer is like a brillo pad - frizzy and dry. She recommended that I use shampoo infused with Keratin and suggested Keratherapy (which she carries in her salon). I used it tonight and now I am a believer!! My hair felt great during and after shampooing - no knots, no awful waxy feeling, just clean and super soft. It smells AMAZING too. I'm sold!! Highly recommended :)

Love the shampoo, but packaging needs improvement
I love this shampoo brand but received damaged bottles, broken tops, shampoo leaked out and had to put in my own containers for use. Not sure I will order online again. May try to find a local retailer who sells it.

Disappointed
The bottle of shampoo had a dry coating all over the bottle. I removed the top and there was nothing secure over the opening of the bottle. Usually there is a seal over the opening. I washed the bottle off and it was definitely shampoo that had leaked out all over the bottle. Not sure if I should send back.

Not the real thing
I’ve used this product before from the salon. What I received has a different smell… more of a chemical smell and does not react with my hair the same way. Don’t waste your money.

Not worth the money!!!
This was recommended by my hair stylist as a great conditioner to use to help keep my blonde pop over all. I have used both it and the shampoo twice and I can only say, not impressed with the shampoo or the conditioner especially for the price I paid!.
