I gave it 4 starts. This product is good if you have dry hair. I use it once a week as a hair mask. Note though that it’s a mask and not a hair conditioner. I made a mistake of using it after shampooing and not using any hair conditioner , and after washing off this mask my hair was soft but very tangled up and hard to brush . While it’s good to use to give some extra moisture to your dyed bleached hair, don’t use it in place of conditioner. It doesn’t help with detangling hair.

My new holy grail
I’m a huge product junkie and I had recently tested A new shampoo that left my hair a frizzy sticky bird nest. Not from this product line. It was horrible. I was honestly panicked at the state my hair was in. I decided to give this brand a try as it recently came in the mail. My hair needed major help. Like I said I was in panic mode. Picture the YouTube hair gone wrong videos. That was me looking like an electrocuted poodle. I couldn’t even get a brush through my hair. I Dampened down my rats nest excuse for hair and slathered this on. The smell is amazing. Floral and vanilla kinda? It’s hard to place but it smells so good. It’s a nice cream that’s thick yet easy to spread. I put my hair in a bun with a shower cap over it and relaxed in the tub letting it work it’s magic on my poor hair. I left it in probably about 40 min. When I took the bun out my hair already felt so much better. I used some of this brands shampoo on my roots and then rinsed it all out. I almost cried while rinsing it because my hair felt silky and like hair again. No more frizzy straw. I immediately was able to comb my fingers through it. I put in some of their leave in cream and let my hair air dry. My hair dried so silky and smooth. Not flat or greasy, just soft and smooth with body. Just how you’d want your hair to be. This stuff saved my hair disaster and I’m forever a client now of them. My hair also still smells amazing. Sometimes the smell fades but you know how after you leave the salon you still get a wiff of that amazing hair product smell? That’s how this is. Highly recommend this! I’m buying a backup now.

Great hair mask
Ordered this hair mask along with the shampoo and i love it. My hair feels so soft since I started using this. I was expecting a thicker conditioner this is thinner than most hair masks, but it works without weighing my hair down. After shampooing I put this on and leave it in for about 5 minutes or so it says to leave it on 5 to 10 minutes but some days, I don't have that long, so 5 min. works just fine for me. I'm super happy with the results so far, my hair is so soft and so shiny! I think I'm going to order the leave in cream and hair oil that goes with this line. If you have dry brittle hair like I do give this a try!

Good smell and powerful ingredients...
Recently my hair has been presenting a lot of weakness due to change of weather and also tools such as plates, tights and others, which, however your hair is protected tend to mistreat it. . Very strong perfume smell
I got the matching shampoo to this conditioner. So I washed with that first. Instructions say to towel dry, leave in about 15 mins and wash out. Let's be real, I am not gonna shower, get out to do this and then hop back in to wash it out again. So what I did was wash my hair first, squeeze out as much excess water as possible, applied this mask and then took a nice long shower before washing it out. Maybe the results reflect my method, but I didn't find any noticeable difference using this product, compared to my normal conditioner. On top of that, this conditioner has such a strong perfume smell that stays in your hair. I wash my hair every other day and the scent stayed until my next wash. This wouldn't be a bad thing except that I did not like the way it smells at all. I would not get this again.

Helped to tame my flyaways!
So I’ll be honest, and the girl who washes my hair maybe twice a week. I love dry shampoo and when I do wash my hair I want to use items that are worth it. So I did not purchase the shampoo but just used the mask. I used my top quality shampoo and applied this as a mask after my shower. I have to say that as I combed it through I felt that it equally worked as a conditioner, my long hair tends to get easily tangled and I felt this really helped for me to comb my hair without any distress. I left it on for a total of 10 minutes and rinsed it out. I don’t feel the scent was overly obnoxious and I could really feel the argan oil inside the product. I have to say that I thought the results were wonderful. I felt my flyaways were more manageable than normal and it just made my hair look softer and shinier. I did not feel that this product weighed down my hair at all or made it feel or look oily. I was able to continue utilizing dry shampoo most days and it did not increase my number of days of having to actually wash my hair. For the price of around $20 this is a really good mask. If you have the time to sit in the shower with a mask on your hair for 10 minutes this is definitely something to consider.

Works well
I tried this Top Care Repair Elixir Care Hair Mask and found that it does moisturize pretty well. I did make a little change with it. It says to put it on damp hair and leave it for 5-10 minutes. I didn't want to wash my hair, then put this on and have to sit around for a time before washing it out, so I use it before I shampoo my hair. You can spritz your hair with some water and apply it. I then twist it up on my head and cover it with a disposable cap and leave it on for awhile. I usually leave it on for 15-20 minutes instead for a deep conditioning. Then I will rinse it out in the shower before washing my hair. It rinses out pretty good and does help the dryness.

FANTASTIC!!!
I have tried so many types of hair masks before, so I am always eager and ready to try another. Some are great, some are lackluster. Heck some even are terrible! But this Top Care Repair Elixir Care Hair Mask is absolutely without a doubt fantastic! I have fine hair. It is color treated and I am in my late 40s. So you have a full picture? (No it isn't bleached but I do use developer in my color) At any rate, my hair has good days and bad. Frizz is real Even with fine straight hair. Well, I used this a few times now and every. single. time. I use it my hair just looks fantastic for days afterward. It doesn't matter if I let it dry naturally and don't style it (hey I work from home, don't judge me) or if I blow it dry and style it in some fun way... it always looks fantastic. This is NOT the norm for my boring limp hair. Trust me. I love this stuff so much. Definitely ordering more!!!

Pretty Effective
My wife has really thick hair, and on humid summer days it can get rather "big" and unruly. She has been looking for products that could help tame it on those days. I got her this to try. It works pretty well for her purposes. My wife shampoos, then adds this mask to her hair. She has tried leaving it in anywhere from 5 - 15 minutes. About 10 minutes seems to work best. She then rinses it out. After her hair is dried, I can see and feel a difference. Her hair just feels lighter. For my wife, the difference is quite noticeable, as I'm used to her hair having a very thick body. This mask also adds a nice shine. The effects last for a couple of days, at least. The scent is a tiny bit like perfume, which I don't really like, and would have preferred a neutral scent. But it wears off in about 30 minutes. Overall, this is a very nice product. It adds smoothness and lightness to my wife's very thick hair. I recommend it.

Pretty good
I have long hair all the way almost to my butt. Thick hair. I used a generous amount of product and left it in my hair for 10 mins. Rinsed out well. I don't blow dry my hair. I comb my hair when it is slightly dry but still wet. I found that it was a bit tangly when combing through. By the way, I precomb my hair prior to showering to help eliminate tangles. This product left my hair soft.

Definite improvement
This product did make a noticeable improvement. My hair is shinier, and the fly-aways are much smoother. I was a little worried that it would be too heavy for my thin hair, but that doesn't seem to be the case. The main drawback is the smell. It's not unpleasant, but it's not pleasant either. It was a faint perfume smell, but like a chemical perfume. I prefer rich, organic scents, and this did not have that. I will probably continue to use this every week or two, but don't think I will buy it again.

Not for fragile hair
This mask was not sealed. There's a plastic cover under the lid. The smell is like rubbing alcohol, powder, and flowers. It dried almost like a sugary coating on my hair. That made it impossible to comb through as instructed without pulling hairs out. It rinsed out fine and without scent. The result was smooth and shiny hair, but it didn't feel any softer. It causes too much damage to my increasingly fragile hair, and the results weren't all there, so I wouldn't buy this again.

Pricey for what it is
I have fine, thin, straight hair that is dry from consistent exposure to chlorine. I normally use a high quality shampoo and conditioner, and once a week use a clarifying shampoo and mask. I tried this paired with the matching shampoo. The shampoo didn't feel like it was performing while in use, but once rinsed and dried I was pleased with my hair. This arrives plastic sealed, in a plastic jar with a twist off lid. There is a plastic liner under the lid. This is a thin mask, thicker than a conditioner but thinner than most masks I have used. It has a floral vanilla smell that treads very close to smelling like my grandma without actually crossing the line. I found that I needed slightly more than what I need of my standard mask. I applied this as I do all my masks, starting at the ends and working up to the roots, then letting it sit 10 minutes before rinsing. It rinsed out easily and the smell did not linger after rinsing. I am not impressed with how my hair felt in the shower and felt certain I would end up with tangles and unruly hair. That felt true when I brushed my wet hair, but once dried, my hair was shiny and well behaved. I do feel like it didn't have the body that I normally have, but it did lay smooth so I guess that is the tradeoff. I do feel like this is an average mask at an above average price. I wish I could give it 3.5 stars . . . I feel a 4 is too high and a 3 too low.

NOT Color Safe!
I like to use hair masks before shampooing, so I wet my hair in the sink and applied this product. As I was combing it through, I saw that the extra conditioner that fell into the sink was brown. IT WAS STRIPPING THE SEMI PERMANENT HAIR DYE FROM MY HAIR. I couldn't believe it. In the 30+ years I've been coloring my hair, no product has ever done that. I washed it out as quickly as I could, mad as all heck. Obviously I don't recommend this if you color your hair.
