Shipped bottle but didn't wrap it no cover on the inside of bottle. They must of just filled it from another bottle..So don't even know what shampoo is in there could be anything..my friend smelled the bottle that didn't leak all out and said it it wasnt the shampoo that suppose to be in the bottle because she use this brand . I will never order again. They did give credit for the one bottle.

My Favorite Thickening Wash
I've got baby fine hair, but lots of it, that tends to have flyaways, as well as lack volume, and think I have tried just about every thickening shampoo out there. This pricey option is my current favorite. Paired with the matching R+Co shampoo my hair has never looked healthier and does indeed have more volume, without becoming dry and flyaway. The pump dispenser on the large size is easy to use in the shower and though pricey they last a long time.

Does the opposite...
I thought I'd try a fancy shampoo and conditioner after I noticed my hair feeling flat. I have fine hair, and it doesn't have as much volume as it did when I was younger. I bought this based on an online recommendation for boosting volume in fine hair. I feel like it's doing to opposite of what it should. My hair is more dry on the ends, and it literally falls out in double the amount in the shower. Although the shampoo makes a good lather with just a tiny amount, my hair feel squeaky when I rinse it out. How is it possible for hair to feel dried out when it is soaking wet?? I followed with the conditioner, and it softened the hair in the shower a bit. After blow drying, although it looks shiny at the root, it is wispy and brittle looking. I used the products for 2 weeks, just to see if my hair improved, but it continued to get more dry each time. I'll stick with my cheap Pantene.

Wonderful product, however....
Update 4/25/2023: After thinking about it, I needed to change from 5 to 3 stars because of the scent. I'm hoping the scent will change so I can use these really great products..... First Review 2/2023: Love all products from R+Co Dallas, but the scent is too overwhelming. The volumizing products work really well for fine hair, but I just could not handle the scent after about 3 weeks and gave it to someone else with fine hair and she said the same thing.

Not the best for fine, straight hair
I purchased this with the accompanying shampoo and thickening spray for my fine, straight hair- I have a LOT of hair. It smells really nice and fresh but apart from that, I'm not that Impressed. The additional volume I've seen has been underwhelming and the only real change I've seen in my hair has been increased knottiness and tangles, making my hair overall less manageable. I'm glad I only purchased the travel sizes first before committing to the large sizes. Bottom line: I probably wouldn't recommend this to a friend.

Not the Same Product - DO NOT BUY IT!!!
I do not know what Knock Off Whole Sale Back Alley Market or what century they traveled back into time to get this Conditioner but it is NOT the same product or is and is so out of date that the chemicals have offed themselves. I have been buying the smaller bottles from the company for years. Noticed Amazon was selling it and thought how much easier it would be be to just buy it off here, same myself extra packages and shipping. Wham Bam, be done in one swoop. BUT NOPE! It smells like of disgusting, it smells as bad as the shampoo I bought with it at nearly $200... Typically this product has a very strong sent and the smell stays with you the entire day. Some think it's too strong but I loved the smell. This, I don't love, in fact I HATE it, what tiny smells I get from my hair when I move makes me want to shave my head and go bald for life!! WORSE! You can't return or refund this!! At $96 that's some straight up BS! Have fun Amazon with the money I pretty much just donated to you because I can't return, refund, or replace.

Absolutely the best
This is hands down the best conditioner I have ever used, I live in high humidity, have thin, semi straight hair this gives it body as well. It’s gentle enough that it doesn’t weight it down but moisturizing enough for my highlighted hair. Worth every penny. It lasts a long time little goes a long way. The shampoo is a must as well

Received the item but the pump is completely broken and was obviously broken before it was shipped. The only piece of plastic in the shipment box does not make up the pump, so this was shipped with a broken pump from the beginning

slightly thickens
Used this for my thinning hair-especially at the roots, it did slighty thicken-however my hair did not shine as it usually does with other conditioners. Not purchasing again. Seems all thickening conditioners dry out the hair a bit and reduces shine.

New or returned product?
I just received the travel size bottles of the Biotin thickening Shampoo and Conditioner. The Conditioner was sealed with a “New Item“ sticker on it, the shampoo however was not sealed without the sticker on it. Am I to assume that the bottle of shampoo is not new....as in, I’m a getting a product that was returned?

Makes hair flat
This shampoo and conditioner made my hair so flat. I get more body from non thickening shampoo and conditioner. I thought this product was awful.
