Mild, Luxurious and Moisturizing
I’ve used Truefitt & Hill products now for at least over a decade and yet I never tried their shampoo or conditioner. I must say that it is a very pleasant and luxurious moisturizing shampoo with a fantastic smell. It’s not like anything I’ve smelled before from using drugstore or supermarket shampoo, it is quite simply luxurious and very mild, but does not dry your hair out. I recommend getting the Truefitt Hair management conditioner to go along with this. It is fantastic and I do not foresee myself buying any other shampoo or conditioner from any other brand in the future. By the way, you can get travel size bottles of the shampoo and conditioner from Truefitt’s direct website if you’re interested. Unfortunately, the cap came damaged as it was not wrapped well at all from Amazon. I reached directly out to the manufacturer and they shipped me a replacement cap when I made an order directly from their website. If you really need the shampoo to travel, make sure you have something else on standby because it may come to you damaged like it came to me.

Doesn't lather much.
Unimpressed. Packaging was inappropriate for starters. A padded envelope doesn't prevent a flexible bottle from emptying its contents. Cap was cracked and leakage all over the bottle. Didn't lose much, so didn’t bother returning. Shampoo smells OK but doesn't lather much. Definitely wouldn't buy a second bottle.
